Mark’s place was absolutely perfect. It was exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. I’m usually one who packs everything and the kitchen sink and I found that I didn’t need it because Mark-s condo had it all. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had which I appreciated. I also loved how the condo is located on the TART trail which made it super convenient to hop on for a quick bike ride. We definitely plan to return. Thanks again!

It was a great stay. The place had all the amenities of home. Very comfortable. Although a tad in the more expensive range, definitely worth every penny. the bed was comfortable and clean, and extra sheets was a big plus. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend Erin and her unit! 5/5 stars!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

I have long wanted to stay in this historic property and was excited to finally get the chance. This location is terrific — walkable to TC plus all the shops and restaurants at your doorstep. The room was cozy, quiet, and had all the special touches that make guests feel welcome.

Ryan’s place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The BEST part of our stay was that we could walk to restaurants, shops, the waterfront and beach. I would highly recommend Ryan’s place if you want to explore downtown TC!

Out stay in TC at Sara’s place was great! Perfect location to walk to all local spots including sharing a parking lot with North Peak. The condo was clean & just as described in the listing. Highly recommend as a landing spot on your next TC getaway.

We had a great stay! Everything we needed was there, the space was clean and kept cool on a warm weekend, Craig was very helpful and even let us check in early to set up decorations! Highly recommend for bachelorette or bachelor parties, near wineries and restaurants but still private! :)

Rogers place was perfect for our family trip to Traverse City! We were especially happy to be able to bring our dog. The house is very comfortable and well stocked, we loved all the east coast decor as that was our family trip last year. The location is phenomenal, you are on a nice, quiet street yet 10 minutes from downtown TC. Roger is an excellent host!! I would absolutely book this home again on a future trip to Traverse City. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Brendan providing clear instructions to help us enjoy our stay and was readily available for any issues including troubleshooting sometimes wifi issues. The house layout overlooks an epic backdrop of the lake with fantastic sunrise views. The house was thoughtfully decorated with fully stocked utensils and appliances to thoroughly enjoy our stay. It was truly a premium experience for our family. One mild area of improvement would include some housekeeping around the outdoor backdoor chairs as there numerous spider webs present. However we did book last minute so we do appreciate the accommodations.

Erin’s place was a great choice for our quick getaway (2 couples and an infant). Erin was very accommodating and responsive. She set up a pack n play and high chair for us to use while there, and was also able to offer an early check in which was great! The fire pit area was lovely and wood was available for purchase close by. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the peacefulness of the area.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our friends get-together. The location of this home is hard to describe its beauty until you are there. It is surrounded essentially on 3 sides by the beautiful Boardman River. We unfortunately had some colder weather than anticipated, but even our indoor time and time by the fire was wonderful. It was very close to Traverse City as well! Thanks to the hosts for such a great stay!

Rachel and Ryan have made a lovely home available to us as guests. The house has beautiful windows to enjoy the outdoor nature and the indoor space has comfortable furnishings throughout. The house was immaculate and has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We really liked the private setting. Ryan and Rachel were friendly and responsive our messages throughout the rental process and stay. Without question, we would stay with Ryan and Rachel whenever we would return to the area.

Thank you for a wonderful time. Great condo with beautiful views. We used the cook friendly kitchen a few times. The tv in the master was truly appreciated. We enjoyed the easy to use fireplace which warmed up the entire condo. Walking distance to right brain brewing with lots of pinball machines and to traverse city whiskey Nice bath and walking path and a super quick ride to the much loved cooperative grocery.

This is a beautiful place to stay. We loved the jungle theme. There was a well equipped kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The elevator was an added benefit. Highly recommend this lovely condo.

This condo is nice, clean, and pretty quiet for a multi unit space. It's close to a grocery store, and multiple restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive. The assigned parking spot was great, and we left for a nice bike ride right from the parking lot.

This condo is beautiful, modern and centrally located! We loved being on the first floor, walkable to beach, dedicated parking. We’ll be back.

Had a great stay! I come into this area frequently for work and this was a great alternative to the Hotel costs which are astronomical in this area during the summer months. Place was clean, easy to access and was just what I needed for a few days in town.
