Our lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, we do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to our steep hill). We are near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. We have 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. Our cabin is on over 4 acres, plenty of room to relax. We have a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit grill and gas grill.

Beautiful, cozy cabin on lake. Enjoyed watching the eagle pair throughout the weekend. Even though the weather was not conducive to outdoor activities (cold, rainy and really windy) we were warm and comfy in the cabin and had a great time.

My stay at Kelly's place was awesome! I walked in and felt at home comfortable and at peace all at the sametime! I was in the area on a 2 month contract. I wish I would have stayed there initially and not paid one cent on the hotel I was in prior! She and her husband were awesome host! I will most definitely use them again on my next stay!

Could there be a more peaceful & beautiful setting off of Pokegama lake (Poole’s Point)? It was a lovely and easy space to be in! Home was clean, linens were comfy, kitchen accommodating and space & views beautiful. I think previous reviews may have been hyper critical, this home is a gentle and peaceful place to land. With sunsets unparalleled. Our little boy LOVED fishing off the dock, and may have pulled in 40 fish over the course of 3 days! Small mouth bass, sun fish, blue gills, a small catfish & even 8lb northern. We look forward to coming again! Thank you Kayla & family.
