Grand Isle is great for biking, fishing, berry and apple picking. Less than 35 minutes to Burlington, Vt. Approximately 35 minutes to the Canadian border. Montreal is ~85 minute drive away. Many local attractions all year long. This is NOT a lakefront property. The lake is 1 mile to the West and 2.5 miles to the East.
