This snug home is perfect for a small family vacation, and while the house itself is not on directly on the lake, the private family owned beach is just 400 feet away, so going for a swim is a breeze. Relax in the screened-in porch with a good book, or hang out inside on cool days using TV and WiFi, and when you get hungry, the kitchen is equipped with cookware and basic appliances to make cooking a cinch. In Alburgh, VT, just north of N. Hero, our cottages face Isle LaMotte to the west, with spectacular lake and sunset views. We have 8 cottages on site, so if you don’t see what you need, please ask. Perfect for relaxing, fishing, water sports, golfing, and to use as a home base for fun day trips. Wake up to stunning views of the lake from your private deck, and enjoy the clear starlit sky at night. Dogs are welcome with Owner approval and payment of a Pet Fee per dog per trip, maximum of 2 dogs.

This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
