Shale walk-in private beach turning to sand for swimming with kayaks and mooring available. Handicap accessible open floor plan with lots of windows. Home has all conveniences including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, cable TV and Wifi. All dishes, cookware, utensils, bedding and towels provided.

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Located on a quiet dead end road on owners 3 acre property. Interstate is 1/2 mile away, property is less than a 1/4 mile to Niquette State park & the lake, walking trails, kayaking, swimming right out your door. 15 minutes to Burlington, 45 minutes to Stowe, 10 minutes to the Champlain islands. Lots of places to visit in the area. Close to area ski resorts, such as Smugglers Notch in Jeffersonville, Stowe Mountain resort in Stowe, Bolton Valley Ski resort in Richmond.

This authentic Vermont lakeside camp is a rustic home with a warm interior featuring exposed wooden beams, custom furnishings, and large picture windows. Single, large ac unit cools the whole house! Awesome views of the lake, great family gathering areas in the house and out on the large deck with BBQ grill. Direct lake frontage with dock makes this a great spot for fishermen and families alike. Rustic 5th wheel camper close to lake.

You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. Camper living in Vermont winters. Owners on-site. Camper is winter ready and offers an affordable place to stay close to the lake views. Plenty of on-site parking for boats/trailer. We are close to the NY ferry but you don’t need to take a ferry to get to our place.
