Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Olivier, you have a beautiful property with amazing views across the beach. Your house is pleasantly decorated, very clean and well equipped with everything from kitchenware to bicycles. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we enjoyed staying there and have already spoken about returning next year. We arrived with 8 people and 2 dogs. The host is very friendly, helpful and always available! The beach is within minutes walking distance, the garden is really nice with direct access to the dunes. The amenities in the house were simply great, very lovingly decorated and very clean. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Ian’s place. We were visiting for a family event in Deal. We know the town very well but it was fun to stay in a different place. The house is very easy to stay with a group of adults, teenagers and a dog. We all had enough space to be together and also have our time. We loved the bright bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfy with lovely bed linen. We really appreciated the welcome basket with Kent treats and the coffee and tea! Thanks The house is in an excellent location. Literally a 2 min walk for a morning dip and super close to the centre and great pubs in Deal. Totally recommend the place. We would live to stay next time we are visiting family again.

Excellent stay in this cottage, very clean, well-equipped (the best of the best👍!), tastefully decorated, quiet in a subdivision 20 minutes' walk from the beach, 2 beautiful terraces to rest on, available and very nice hosts! Thank you for the kind welcome touches - and the best part…dogs are allowed!! The beaches are beautiful and beautiful hikes to do. I highly recommend it and hope to return one day. 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at Corinne and Franck's. Great apartment, great location: quiet, shops around the corner, beach almost at the doorstep. There was nothing missing, check-in and check-out very straightforward, fast communication, very friendly hosts. All in all: 1a with an asterisk! We will be happy to come back. Thank you.

Communication with Sandra went very well. Sandra responds immediately and is ready to solve problems. The apartment was very clean. The quality of the seats and the mattress are very good. There is good sun protection provided. The multiple seats provide many possibilities to enjoy the view. The swimming pool is really an extra.

We came to Marie Hélène's to accompany our little one to the soccer tournament in Dunkirk this weekend! Ideal and very heavenly place for rest and resources! We enjoyed spending time on the terrace with the little sun we had! We had a great time at Colette's place! The beach is so nearby and the indoor pool is a great bonus to this place. Colette was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Would recommend!

Marjan's flat was gorgeous and clean. Everything was according to the description. The kitchen was super well-functioning; I cooked every day. We were here with our 3-year-old son, who loved everything. The city center is a 15-20-minute walk along the seaside. A private parking spot in the garage is a big plus. And the ever-changing fantastic view... I am already homesick! I certainly hope we will be back one day.

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, the photos do not do this place justice. Huge windows in every bedroom with beautiful views over the sea and surrounding areas. Loved it!

Very nice, uncomplicated people. The apartment is very well equipped, with new furnishings and appliances. In addition, a beautiful bathroom. Everything very clean and well maintained . A great stay with a great view of the sea. We will be happy to come back :)

Had a wonderful stay, we had asked if we could check in a little earlier and Griet responded quickly and coordinated with their cleaning lady so that it could. I was very happy with it. We enjoyed the garden, patio and BBQ. Great!

Emeric is very welcoming and very responsive to questions. The accommodation was tip top (very effective double glazing on match nights😉😊). Very good location for shopping, dining and tourism. If we pass through Calais again, we will gladly stay again. In addition we had good weather ☀️😎

Sue was terrific. She could not have been more accommodating when our party of 3 became 4 (to include a young grandson) and she provided us with cereals and goodies for him and a bed guard rail. Her lovely apartment is beautiful, light, airy and comfortably furnished with excellent quality appliances and fixtures/fittings. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Very good accommodation. Located 2 min walk from the beach, restaurants…. Bakery, butcher 2 minutes away too. Very large accommodation and perfect for a family. She even put out bowls for our bulldog and suggested games for our son. We'll be happy to go back to this place!

We had a great stay in this charming little house, very clean and well-equipped, tastefully decorated. The accommodation is in close proximity to shops and several very good restaurants, steps from the beach. Ideal base for exploring the North and its riches, parking is easy on the street. In short, a very pleasant place to stay in all seasons!
