It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

This cabin was built in 2022, with the goal of connection in mind. We live in Fernie BC and have friends and family in Vancouver. It is a great meeting place in the middle. The cabin is inspired by New Zealand architecture as we have ties to NZ. We designed this home ourselves, from layout to furnishings and finishing. Sunny Hills Farm

Cozy, one bedroom, one bathroom cabin between Midway and Rock Creek on Highway 3. Fenced private yard with fruit trees. Close to Kettle river, beautiful, endless walking/hiking trails, golf course, skiing etc. Floating tube rental with drop off and pick up is available in the summer. ONE small pet allowed with a $ 20 fee per pet. Larger or more than 1 pet MUST be approved PRIOR to booking.
