This is a great vacation location. It is close to National Parks and everything Moab has to offer. It has plenty of room for friends and family. It is very new and comfortable, each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom. There is also a bonus room with a daybed. There are beautiful views of the mountains and red rock from bedrooms and patio. There is a 2 car garage, a huge patio with a gas grill, washer/dryer and free access to the local water park to make your stay more enjoyable.

Our spacious townhome is single level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's in a great location in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the center of downtown. It comfortably sleeps six adults and up to eight with a sleeper sofa. We have fast fiber internet. The condo is throughly cleaned by a professional cleaner before your stay. This house is owner managed. We do not accept animals or pets. There is a $300 nightly fee for animals. Entrances are monitored by security cameras.

Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.
