Le logement de Noureddine est idéal , parfaitement conforme à la description. Propreté, confort impeccables et très bien situé. Il y a un service d'accueil et de sécurité H24 à l'entrée. Les + : il est vraiment très calme (pas de bruits de voisinage ni de la rue avec le double vitrage) et Noureddine a de petites attentions très appréciables envers ses hôtes (Petites bouteilles d'eau et de soda, capsules de café, cookies, fruits...). Je recommande vivement !

Mostapha et Karim sont parmi les meilleurs hôtes que j'ai pu rencontrer ! Un accueil VIP de grande classe, mais avec simplicité et gentillesse. Mostapha est aux petits soins, hyper-attentif, et on sent qu'il fait tout pour que le séjour soit agréable. Le mien fut parfait, car l'appartement est un condensé de confort, et même de luxe. Rien n'a été oublié, et cet attachement au moindre détail montre qu'on a vraiment pensé au visiteur. L'appartement a juste la bonne taille, et l'espace a été parfaitement optimisé. La connexion haut débit est idéale pour travailler à distance. Parfait pour une personne, l'appartement ravira aussi les couples, qui auront peut-être plus envie de "cocooner" plutôt que de visiter la ville, tellement il est confortable. Tout est super propre et l'équipement est très complet. Pour les sorties, la rue est très animée jusqu'aux petites heures, mais si le bruit vous gêne, le double vitrage ramène vite le calme. Great beachfront spot in Casablanca! Stayed at this cozy apartment right by the beach, and it was perfect for a chill getaway. Super close to the ocean - less than 1 min walk - and there’s even a surf school nearby if you’re into that. The place itself was really clean, nicely decorated, and had everything one would need. The host was super friendly and quick to respond, which made things easy. Awesome location if you want to be near the water but still close to restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!

**Excellent stay - highly recommend!** We had a wonderful time at this property. The place was spotlessly clean and the host was incredibly responsive to all our questions. My kids absolutely loved it here, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Having American plug converters available to charge our phones and kids' iPads was such a thoughtful touch and really convenient. We'll definitely be booking this place again on our next visit. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Bahnhof was es für Gäste die nicht mit dem eigenen PKW kommen sehr einfach macht. Für das eigene Auto ist direkt um die Ecke eine Tiefgarage bei der wir für 2 Nächte 84MAD bezahlt haben was wir als sehr günstig erachten. Mit dem Bus gelangt man für 5MAD von der Unterkunft zu diversen Anlaufstellen wie die Hassen II Moschee, dem Ain Diab Strand und der Marocco Mall (die Mall ist unbedingt zu empfehlen). Fußläufig sind Supermärkte in denen man Lebensmittel kaufen kann, da es sich in der Küche wunderbar kochen lässt. Es war alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Da sich die Wohnung im 10. Stock befindet hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Waschen konnten wir auch ohne Probleme und der Pförtner am Eingang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Très bon séjour. L'appartement est fidèle aux descriptions, propre, bien équipé et dans une résidence au calme avec un personnel très accueillant à l'entrée ( gardien ) et des résidents adorables. Meriem et Réda ont été très réactifs à la moindre demande ou question et très efficaces, je les en remercie beaucoup. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses journées à Casablanca Merci beaucoup! Héléna

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a very comfortable condo with a fantastic view of the ocean and mosque! The host was great to communicate with and met us at check in to ensure we were able to get in and feel at home. They helped in providing local recommendations and arranged our airport transfer on checkout day. I highly recommend this place for location, comfort and a safe area!

Fdil is excellent to deal with. Her location is the best. Being closer to the CMN airport and surrounded by shops and restaurants, made our stay enjoyable while waiting for our flight. Fdil also has a transportation company that can be used as a shuttle to and from the airport at a reasonable price. I highly recommend both services Fdil offers, accommodation and transportation. My family and I would love to stay at Fdil’s place in the future again and again ❤️.
