Highly recommended place to stay in Granada!

It was really great. Carlos was super sweet and always in a good mood and also gave us tips! The kitchen was sweet with a few rays of sunshine in the garden and the room was also sweet. The only thing is that it gets very warm in the room despite two fans and you have to pay extra for air conditioning. We thought it was still very nice and can recommend it!

A great place to call "home" when visiting the amazing town of Granada! It is spacious - clean - comfortable - and in good walking distance to the market, park and more. It was nice to have a kitchen that was in great working condition :) Janice was a FANTASTIC host! Quick to respond and very helpful. Having a pool right outside the door was a nice bonus (only wish it came with more pool chairs, but we survived!) We would absolutely stay here again. We felt safe - taken care of - and cozy.

This place has everything you need. Centrally located, clean, well appointed, lovely pool, and very safe. I highly recommend it.

it's like a mini hotel with a few self contained studio apartment. We had a problem with the first room, but it was resolver quickly and pleasantly. Staff are very nice. It is secure and very comfortable. I would stay again if I was in Granada again.

The welcome on arrival was very warm, and we felt at home right away. The room had everything we needed, and the kitchen for our room was fully equipped for cooking dinner together. The bathroom was clean as well! Communication was excellent, and we could always rely on a quick response. The way into the city and to good places to eat was always just a short walk. I can only recommend this accommodation!

What an extraordinary stay in Granada at Beth's apartment/house. It was way beyond our expectations in many ways. First of all to learn that we are fellow Iowans was amazing! The tiny considerations and details in leaving us a special gift for our anniversary was so thoughtful. A beautiful spacious colonial home in the center of Guanajuato with eloquent niches and beautiful art. The pool was so convenient, refreshing and relaxing after a day or morning out to explore. Beth was kind, flexible and had great practical suggestions for us during our stay. Hopefully, one day we will return and have the opportunity to stay again.

We enjoyed Carlo's place a lot. Directly located at the laguna with a beautiful garden stretching to the water. The place was clean, good Kitchen Equipment.

We had a brilliant time here! We absolutely loved our apartment. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped and spacious, and we enjoyed making meals there. We found the apartment not too warm at night, the ceiling fan and electric fan on low for us was enough to sleep comfortably. But, we are used to tropical heat! For others, you may need the AC. Carlos gave us great recommendations for the local area and made us feel very welcome. We would love to come back someday! I would add that because cities wake up early, you can hear some road noise in the mornings and if you are a sensitive sleeper I would advise bringing some earplugs to sleep in just in case. I do think this is sensible anywhere in any city though, it is nothing against this place.

The secure apartment complex is in a quiet part of town. Conveniently located next to markets and only a short walk away to many attractions. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Will definitely visit again.

Our stay was only one night, but it was enough to make us feel safe and comfortable. The girls who welcomed us, Raquel and her partner (I don't remember her name) were very, very friendly and attentive, always in order and with the best disposition to assist us. The place was very clean, the bedspreads were very white. Excellent service. Only the bedroom has AC, but we left the door open to the living room and dining room and we were able to cool off. Everything is very close to the park, cathedral and downtown, a safe place to walk. I recommend this place if you want to rest. Just one thing, the pillows were hard and we didn't use them, but we let the owner know personally and he said he'll take care of it.

Great place to relax! Very peaceful and private! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating.
