This home is designed for two people, comfortable and bright. It is a studio that has a double bed, a nice armchair, TV and a large table with two chairs, enough to enjoy breakfast/lunch or to work comfortably, since it has a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is fully stocked. All the necessary kitchenware is at your disposal (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.). It also has a coffee machine and microwave. The washing machine is temporarily out of service (two blocks from the apartment, you can find a self-service laundromat for quick washing and drying). It also has heating for winter days and a standing fan. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Finally, the bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment is at your disposal. It is not shared. You will always have the following amenities: - Cloth, scouring pad, and dishwasher - broom and mop - Two complimentary coffee capsules and two tea bags - toilet paper - shampoo, shower gel and hand soap - hair dryer - plancha - Two bath towels and one hand towel - sheet and duvet.

There is a bus stop at the entrance for getting around, and all services are nearby. In the gate there are 3 spaces for the disabled. Parking space available for cars up to 170 cm in height. NO VANS OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES. And 2 elevators.
