Beachfront vacation rentals in Grammeno

L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto, con tutte le comodità per una famiglia di quattro persone. Super pulito ! Christos ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, dandoci ottimi suggerimenti sulla zona. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la concessione di un “late check out” alle 15 invece che alle 13 come previsto. Ci ha permesso di goderci la mattinata prima di lasciare l’appartamento ! Da consigliare e se abbiamo l’opportunità ci torneremo !

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu Gast und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, die Umgebung ist wunderschön, man sollte allerdings ein Auto zur Verfügung haben.

Rena was an amazing host and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything, from finding a taxi to working the barbecue. The house is amazing with a huge pool and lovely garden. Could not recommend staying here enough you will definitely love it!!

Really nice apartment with a wonderful roof terrace - nice restaurants and bars around. Just a short downhill walk to the beach.

A perfect apartment on a perfect location with a perfect houseowner. The apartment was perfect clean, it had everything you could need for your stay,the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary.There was a complinent from Thomas in the fridge.The beach is in your feet,the main street of Plataria with many restaurants is on one step away.The apartment is quiet and good for rest.There are some shops near. Parga and many beautiful beaches are on 20 min with car,Sivota is on 10min. Perfect location for Corfu,Igumenica,Acheron springs and many other places. Thomas was a perfect host. He meet us and show us the apartment,gave us more useful advices for restaurants,beaches and intersting places to visit. He always responded quickly when needed. We will come back for sure. Everything was perfect! Thank you,Thomas!

The view is worth all of it! It’s a small but cozy studio, bear in mind the one with the children’s beds would be more suitable for little children. It is very close to the central part of Parga and when you read complaints about the slope - the whole town is this way, actually this is a great location. And, as mentioned, the view from the balcony is magnificent, worths having that for the morning coffee:)

We were 4 persons that came for a long weekend. We arrived late, Michael was flexible and waited for us. The villa has stunning views of the bay. The place is clean and Michael and Alexandra very hospitable. We willingly definitely come back!

Hele opplevelsen fra innsjekk til utsjekk var perfekt. Huset var fint, verten fleksibel og hyggelig og prisen var meget god. Anbefales til alle!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Sunset Villa’s. Nice and new villa’s with an awesome views of the ocean and sunsets. We had a small issue at check in that was remedied by Sussi and Pavlos very quickly. They were always responsive and quick to assist. Highly recommend the villa’s.

Great location right above Bella Vraka beach. Rooms have an amazing ocean view. Mr.Konstantinos and Mrs.Christina are amazing hosts always willing to help. Would 100% recommend.

Such welcoming hosts (we met last year!). It is very rare that we go back to the same place twice but this place is exquisite, extremely clean, excellent kitchen equipment/appliances, beautiful manicured rear garden, pool and poolside furniture immaculate. Very quiet but short walk to bars/restaurants. Hard to beat and tempting for next year. This is a home from home experience with fantastic hosts Georgia and Bill We love you!!! 😍 😍😍

A wonderful and functional apartment in a convenient location! It was perfect for us—just a short walk into the port and from two beaches—and our host was extremely responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location. It’s completely private. No neighbours, a beautiful setting surrounded by citrus fruit trees on the property and woodland surrounding the property. It’s sheltered from the wind, it could be blowing a gale on the coastline but because of the location we had a welcoming breeze in the beautiful sun. And the pool was lovely when we needed to cool down. We visited Paxos for a wedding, the town of Longos is walkable. We had a car, but there are scooters and taxis to go explore. We will return to explore the rest of the island some point in the future.

Es lief alles von allem einwandfrei. Vom Treffpunkt wurden wir abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Wir bekamen Informationen über die Strände, Aktivitäten etc. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Die Angedtellten immer sehr freundlich. Wir durften auch die Besitzer kennen lernen, die sich jeden Tag nach unserem befinden erkundigen. Alles sehr warmherzig und Familier trotz der gehobenen Unterkunft. Wir können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!!

Are the Villa is absolutely stunning, beautiful views the pool was amazing. They provided a wonderful breakfast to start your day extremely hospitable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone or the owner is extremely lovely and friendly. Thank you

We’re blown away when we arrived and far exceeded our expectations. Sussi was so helpful and gave us a full rundown of everything we could do around Syvota. Buffet breakfast was super convenient and restaurants were booked for us. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and will be back

This villa is a lot better than in the photos. The photos are old and it does not show the full beauty of it. It was extremely clean & the host was very friendly! Would recommend 100%!

Elena and Kostas were exceptional hosts during our stay. Elena's elegance and professionalism, akin to that of a seasoned Greek lawyer, shone through in her attention to detail and understanding of her responsibilities as a host. Casa este nouă și foarte bine echipata. Arată ca și în fotografii. Locația este foarte liniștită, la câteva minute de mers pe jos de plaja și un restaurant. Plaja este lata și lunga, de nisip, cu pietre la intrarea în mare. Apa este foarte curata și limpede, dar se adâncește destul de repede. Gazdele sunt foarte primitoare. Ne-am simțit foarte bine.

Theofanis is very kind and friendly. We enjoyed a lot our stay. The apartment is even better than in the pictures with an amazing view.

Maria's apartment was just perfect for our stay. It is exactly as described, and the photos are accurate. The view from the balcony is fantastic, and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well presented. Maria's colleague met us on arrival and showed us to apartment. She also came in and refreshed towels and had a quick tidy up, which was very welcome, and great service. Thankyou. It's perfectly located above the main town, a short (2min) walk down to the front where most of the restaurants and bars are, and of course a beach which we spent a lot of time on! We drove from Preveza Airport (1hr) away and parked just outside of town, only a 5-minute walk in. We travelled in October, so wasn't too busy. Overall, a fantastic stay, definitely 5-star apartment, and communication with Maria was very easy, we hope to back soon. Thank you.

Το σπίτι ήταν μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης και πολύ καθαρό. Η εμπειρία με την Ειρήνη ήταν φανταστική. Ήταν διαθέσιμη για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Την συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα !!!

Όμορφος και περιποιημένος χώρος σε μια πανέμορφη περιοχή . Η κ. Μαίρη ευγενέστατη και πάντα πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει .

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom wundervollen Strand und Stadt entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Balkon war traumhaft. Die Nachmittagssonne konnte man dort wunderbar genießen.
