In addition, a bathroom on the 1st floor and a toilet on the ground floor. The house has a large, lovely south-facing enclosed courtyard, where you can enjoy the sun all day. You can park on the street close to the house for two hours free of charge between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Otherwise, there is free parking around the clock about a five-minute walk from the house

There's a lot of room inside and out. Large private garden, common room with room for games and activities. Lovely surroundings close to mountain bike track and hiking trails in Stensbæk Plantage (2 km). For families with children, we recommend visiting the Riplay playground in Ribe. It's new, big, nice and quite free! The location is rural with 13 km to Ribe, 37 km to Rømø, and 70 km to Legoland. 4 km to the nearest grocery store. There is a smart TV/Chromecast. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts.
