The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

Great spot for a get together! We really appreciated the spices and small items in the kitchen, and left a couple to pay it forward. Thanks Ken!

Awesome location right by the lake. The back yard with the pool and hot tub were a great feature. Easy commute into the city.

Loved our two days in Black Diamond at this Airbnb. Three bedrooms two baths were great as was the happy living room and great kitchen. We hung out with family for hours and hours. The home is cheerful and the host most responsive. We would come back again!

We stayed just for a couple of days, but enjoyed every minute here - the view from the deck is breathtaking, the house is super clean and has everything we needed. Our kids spent hours watching all kind of crabs and fish at the beach during the low tide and could not stop talking about all the creatures they saw even after we left :)

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We chose to stay here because it is convenient to Pacific Lutheran University (PLU). The apartment was as described and included all of the amenities expected. The proximity to the many casual dining options in the Lakewood Towne Center was an added bonus. When I visit the Tacoma area again this will be my first option.

This Airbnb is spotlessly clean while still at-home comfortable. Easy to get in and out, clear instructions all around the house. The back yard is lovely and relaxing. A great getaway for a professional, a couple, or a family or group.

Amy was a wonderful host! One of the best we have ever had. She was very accommodating with us extending our stay. The house is very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay in her listing again if we ever come back to Orting again!

Ronald’s property was in the perfect location for our family event. The house is well maintained, super clean, and organized! Very easy to log into WiFi and control TV. The local neighborhood is very nice with similar homes, has a park and is walkable. Will definitely book Ronald’s property again next time we are in town.

Absolutely one of the best homes we have stayed in. Everything was extremely clean and organized. You felt right at home and so many well thought out extras. Our family had the most relaxing time and enjoyed playing in the lake with the paddleboard and kayaks.

Very clean and spacious. Had a group of 6 and everyone had their own space. Will definitely book again. The pictures don’t do this property justice. BBQ grill was handy and easy to use. We cooked both nights. Be prepared to bring all ingredients for meals. Seasonings, oils, flour, sugar etc. 5 star stay.

What a GEM!!! I’ve traveled all over the world and this Airbnb had some of the greatest comforts of home along with the perfect additions to create a perfect stay. The goats are SO friendly and the entire place has everything you’d ever need. It’s also super spacious, big enough for 4 people easy. Highly recommend!!!

Very secluded home right along the river. The home is easy to navigate (they have most things labeled and I love that!) A few things we loved and that stood out: 1. The river is just outside the back door. There is a great covered patio with gliders to chill in or a fire pit to gather around while enjoying the sounds of the water. 2. The master bathroom has color changing lights above the shower and tub - awesome!!! 3. The bed in the master was super comfy! 4. The sectional sofa is huge and perfect for cuddling up together. 5. The hanging swing chair inside stole my heart! Loved our stay overall!! The only thing to be aware of is it is pretty remote. We lost cell coverage about 15 minutes before we got to the home. (Verizon) But thankfully the WiFi works! The neighbors close by are all friendly and the home is perfect for some much needed down time. I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys nature and unplugging for a bit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful A-Frame! Julia was very responsive and friendly. The space was spotless and incredibly well-organized. One of the highlights was the thoughtful s’mores kit—such a fun and cozy touch that made our evenings extra special. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were especially impressed with how clean the hot tub was—it's not easy to keep them in such pristine condition with frequent use, but this one was sparkling. The addition of the bar to help lift the hot tub cover was genius—we're already planning to get one for our own tub at home! Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and we would 100% return. Highly recommend!

Sarah was friendly, and responsive. She was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. She provided snacks and toiletries. I definitely highly recommend Sarah and this home. Just lovely!
