Beautiful views and location, quiet and peaceful! Would love to visit again!

I enjoyed my short time here came up to ride the tail of the dragon with my boyfriend and son and this place was perfect for my nightly stay. It was spotless clean, had a 2 top hot plate to cook if you needed it . The shower had a waterfall shower head , microwave, and refrigerator for your use . I loved everything about this place it was well put together with love and affection . I would recommend this beautiful lodge to anyone looking for a great place and has wood for the fire outside and chairs for there guest to enjoy .

Great Condo! The onsite restaurant is wonderful and the location is a few minutes from most of the river rafting companies and 15 minutes from Bryson. We couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to turn on because the outlet wasn't working but the living room worked fine and we only watched TV for a little while anyhow due to having so much to do in the area.

Kim’s place is a quiet retreat away from the city. The decor is thoughtful, and made us feel welcome. I slept well in the comfy bed, and the shower is excellent. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.

Our stay at Karen’s place was just what we were looking for. It was a great location and perfect for exploring Bryson City and the surrounding areas. The rooms were clean and well-appointed!

I stayed at the Lodge during the off season. Room was spotless and enjoyed hanging out at the fire pit. Beautiful property with everything you need.

Had a great stay at here, plenty of space and great location, fairly close to tail of the dragon and other great roads like blue ridge parkway. Would recommend this to anyone.

Daniel and Anna were GREAT host. The home was clean, quite and a great location for motorcycle riding. We loved it and would love to go back.

Me and three friends trailered our bikes down to do the tail of the dragon. Joseph was quick to respond to our questions. The house is tucked away down a dirt road. He told us right away trailer would not work on his drive. We decided to park the trailer near the cemetery down the street. Do NOT attempt to take a trailer. We loved it because we kept our bikes in the garage. I had an issue with my bike and luckily he had tools laying around in the garage and I was able to fix it on the spot. Over great time. Air was super cold and it was a great view in the woods.

We absolutly loved Suzy's place. With any cabin in the woods, yes there are going to be ants. As long as your responsible with your food (don't leave it out, leave open food hanging around) you will be fine. This is not the place to go if you don't like bug or bees. for a Cabin in the woods, it was perfect! The lake front was BEAUTIFUL. Our last night there, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain. add the open windows and it was bliss! definitely considering making this a yearly trip! Thank you Suzy!

What a great trip! The house was perfect for four senior ladies on a Girls Trip. So much fun… wonderful time with friends, yummy food, beautiful surroundings… ate all of our meals on the spacious screened porch overlooking the lake. We are already planning on coming back next year!

My husband & son enjoyed a memorable stay. The cottage is nicely furnished, recently remodeled, the interior was fresh & clean. The accommodations are very comfortable & well thought out. The cottage is situated on a nice spot on the property, it is quiet with ample space to sit & enjoy the views, plan your day or relax following a round of day tripping. The location is ideal & in close proximity to many WNC tourist destinations like Tail of the Dragon, Fontana Lake, Cherohala Skyway, Kuwohi, Bryson City, & miles of hiking trails. It's a great place to base your exploration of the beautiful WNC mountains & the Great Smoky Mountains. A short drive into Robbinsville, there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, a grocery store, & gas stations to support any activity while visiting. Rick & Sara are top notch. They are thoughtful, caring, and a benchmark for southern hospitality. My husband & son look forward to many more excursions to Robbinsville & staying at Sweetgum Cottage.

Another year and another stay. Dina was great with communication, to arouse we arrived safely and also made sure we departed safely. Dina was very responsive when ever we had questions. As a car enthusiast, Dina location is great for multiple cars, although it is a steep incline to get in and out. it was no problem for us. We will continue to stay here every year we visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Blackberry Cottage. The cottage is very comfortable with lots of great places to lounge both inside and out. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch, especially the bistro table. The back deck was great for grilling and making smores in the solo firepit stove. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped and as described. The lake is just a short walk down the road. Although we had really nice weather and didn't need them, the cottage has lots of games and DVDs which would be perfect to pass the time on a rainy day. The wi-fi worked very well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. The Franklin area offers lots of activities and beautiful mountain scenery. An all around great experience.

The picture do this cabin no justice of how beautiful it was! The back porch was my absolute favorite!! We got some great photos of the smoke coming over the mountains early morning and at sunset!

We totally loved our stay! The location was perfect - so close to the wedding venue which was our reason for coming. Sasha was beyond helpful! Her generous hospitality was amazing! The space itself was so peaceful and charming! We highly recommend this place…

Full at-home amenities (kitchen particularly nice, I cooked almost all my own meals over about a month), roomy digs, very clean, cozy and quiet. And a very reasonable price on top of all that. I might be spoiled with future expectations from hosts.

If I could rate higher than 1 5.0, I would. Beautiful unit. Beautiful view. Cozy, warm, quiet. Communication with management was stellar. Incredible response time. Upon arrival, and in a mountain-y area where there was no cell phone coverage, the unit Wi-Fi functionality was addressed immediately, and swiftly. Our daughter was behind us about an hour, and regular cell coverage made it impossible to contact them and direct them in. Wi-Fi was reconciled in the unit immediately, and no connectivity issues persisted. Thank you to Stephanie and her assistants. Thank you for allowing us to stay and have an extremely memorable trip aboard the Polar Express!! Happy Holidays, and Merry Christmas!
