The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The summerhouse was built 15 years ago, and has 3 lovely bedrooms overlooking the ocean, a lovely kitchen-living room, also overlooking the ocean. A large bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower. The house also has a utility room and a spacious patio where you can sit in shelter on the days when it blows. Holiday home in quiet surroundings in Rågeleje with 3 bedrooms and an annex. There are 3 bathrooms ideal for 2 families with children. There is a very cozy alcove for a nap or cozy nook, including an outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a very large terrace all around. The garden invites to ball games and play, including a sandbox. There is only 20 min walk (5 min by bike, there are 6 by the house) from the lovely beach. the famous Maglehøje is 100 m from the house.

Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

There is everything you could wish for with 3 beautiful wooden terraces, so you have the opportunity to follow the sun from early morning to late evening, as well as an outdoor bath, outdoor kitchen and even a shelter if you want to be closer to nature.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
