Vacation rentals with a patio in Grad Rab

Odličan domaćin, potpuno opremljen i čist apartman na super lokaciji! Apsolutna preporuka!!!

Casa appena costruita, situata all'ultimo piano, terzo piano - sottotetto, composta da: ampio terrazzo (vasca idromassaggio, tavolino, stendino e una sdraio), cucina e soggiorno comunicanti (lavastoviglie, forno, fornelli a induzione, tavolo, divanetto e tv), 2 camere da letto identiche, 1 bagno piccolo senza finestra collegato a una stanza, 1 bagno ampio e spazioso con finestra e lavatrice situato vicino all'altra stanza. 3 condizionatori con molte funzioni situati nelle stanze e soggiono/cucina. Il pezzo forte e fulcro della casa è il terrazzo da cui si gode un'ottima vista e da cui la sera si possono osservare le stelle. Si accede all'appartamento con un card elettronica, ne vengono fornite 2. Tutto pulito e ordinato, vengono forniti asciugamani e accappatoi che ogni 3 giorni circa vengono cambiati. Spiaggia con acqua bassa e sabbia raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Unico fatto spiacevole l'annullamento della prima prenotazione con successivo rialzo di 200€ sul prezzo iniziale.

L'appartamento è molto più bello che nelle foto, pulitissimo, curato nei minimi particolari, c'è molto di più di quello che ci si aspetta, il parcheggio privato sotto casa, palazzina tutta nuova e rifinita. Cucina fornita di tutto pratica e funzionale, bagno piccolo ma praticissimo, il balcone si affaccia sul mare e ci si può mangiare, letto nel soppalco bellissimo e comodissimo. Gabriela e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati sempre gentili, cordiali, disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Le varie spiaggette si raggiungono a piedi in meno di 3 minuti. Il centro storico di Rab, a 5 minuti di macchina, è molto vivo, bello e curato. È stata un ottima esperienza da rifare e raccomandare

L’appartamento è l’ideale per una coppia o per una famiglia con bambini e animali: pulitissimo e di comodo accesso (piano terra) e disponeva di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Inoltre c’è un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. La zona si presta a lunghe passeggiate o jogging (molto bello il lungo mare) e si possono trovare supermercati, ristoranti e attività sportive sull’acqua, oltre alla piscina a cui si ha accesso (ottima per il relax). Le spiagge più belle dell’isola inoltre sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina. Marijo è stato sempre disponibile, un ottimo host! Sicuramente consigliato!

What a hidden gem of a place with a seaside view on the Isle of Rab. Wonderful location that is only 500 meters from the nearest sandy beach. The accommodation has all the modern amenities you could hope for and is only 200 meters from the nearest food market. The best part of our stay was the host—Antonia—who is quite easily the greatest host we have ever had the pleasure to meet on Airbnb. She was responsive and helpful to a myriad of our queries and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and her family had everything they needed during our stay. This is high-end hospitality in a cosy and modern apartment (with breathtaking terrace view of the water) for great value! We were so blown away by the location and service that we have extended our stay another 5 days!

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. L’île est très chouette à visiter. L’appartement est très bien situé baignade petit market bar et red t’aurait a 100m. Un barbecue à disposition. L’accueil a été bon. Je recommande cet appartement. Attention pas d épave linge.

The place was really spacious, clean, just the same as on the photos. You have beautiful sea view from the balcony. The closest beach is 2 min walk, Mel beach 10 min walk. Shop, resraurants are in walking distance. The neighbourhood is pretty quite, friendly, very good for families to rest. Rosana answered all the time quickly. We really enjoyed staying here!

Ubytovanie, v krásnom prostredí so skvelou ba až rodinnou láskavou starostlivosťou ktoré prenajímajú ako rodinka spolu s otcom Markom je v Tovrnele.68 Lun, Otok Pag hodnotíme ako veľmi príjemné pekné čisté a pohodlné, v krásnom kľudnom prostredí, kde vám posedenia na terase spríjemňujú cikády a šum mora. More je 5 minút od domu po schodoch, ktoré smerujú rovno k super reštaurácii, kde varia veľmi chutne. Boli sme veľmi spokojný ďakujeme 😊😘

La casa di Ankica è in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere Rab anche a piedi. La casa è spaziosa, molto accogliente e con delle grandi terrazze abitabili. Ankica è gentilissima e molto disponibile in caso di bisogno. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.

Wundervolles Haus mit tollem Ausblick auf die Stadt Rab. Jeden Tag haben wir den Sonnenuntergang von unserem Haus genossen. Sehr schön eingerichtet, tolle Lage und die Vermieterin war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus voll und ganz weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

My sme mali len jasne a horuce pocasie, takze okna boli takmer stale zavrete. Vyvavenie je skoro úplné, ako v klasickej domacnosti, od malickosti, ako strihac nechtov, az po pracku a klimatizacie. Internet na Rabe je vseobecne pomaly, takze moc videa sa tam streamovat neda, co v podstate nam tak neprekazalo. Ak mate deti zavisle na mobile, doporucujem si vziat vyssie mobilne pausaly. Je to idealne miesto na ubytovanie pre nenarocnu 4 clennu rodinku so zvieratkom. My sme boli velmi spokojni.

Traumhafte Erholung! Einzigartig ruhig und entspannend war der Urlaub in Lun auf Pag. Sehr schöne und moderne Villa mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht(sogar eine Sauna). Alles neu und sehr wertig eingerichtet. Sehr gute und komfortable Betten und wunderschöner, großer Pool. Alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Einzigartiger Meerblick mitten in der Natur. In 300m ist man am Hafen mit Cafe und kleinen Tavernen. Nach 800m ist man am Strand. Wunderbare Gegend und sehr ruhig. Danke für den tollen Urlaub und den super Service. Kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus war einfach toll. Es war alles da was man braucht. Wir wurden persönlich von Boško zum Haus gebracht. Der Weg dorthin gestaltet sich zwar nicht so einfach,aber für geübte Autofahrer kein Problem....der Weg war für uns jeden Tag sehr abenteuerlich. Boško war immer für uns erreichbar falls wir etwas benötigt haben. Am Ankunftstag war der Kühlschrank sogar gefüllt mit einer Wurstplatte,Wein,Wasser,Milch und sogar Eiswürfel waren vorhanden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden sofort wieder kommen.

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. The house is perfectly located just a few minutes from the beach, making it easy for us to enjoy the beautiful coastline and relax by the water. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the living area and garden were cosy and inviting. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Croatia. It offers excellent value for money, and we would return here in a heartbeat!

Ze względu na specyfikę pracy, często podróżuję, bywam w hotelach 5*, ale nigdzie nie dostałem takiego serwisu jak tutaj! Gospodarz przekroczył wszelkie moje oczekiwania, czułem się zaopiekowany, jak najważniejsza osoba, tak jak powinienem się czuć ktoś na zasłużonym urlopie! Przy tym wszystko przebiegało w miłej i pozytywnej atmosferze! Pobyt u Aleksandry jest wart wszystkich pieniędzy, bo naprawdę możesz przestać się martwić i skupić na odpoczynku! W dodatku były to urodziny mojej mamy, która na długo zapamięta te pozytywne chwile, z domowym tortem urodzinowym zorganizowanym przez gospodarza! Dziękuję!!!

Schon kurz nach der Fähre wurden wir von Vedran abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Wo wir einen unbeschreiblich schönen Ausblick auf die Stadt Rab und das Meer hatten. Das idyllische Haus mit beheiztem Pool war perfekt für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Sogar Fahrräder stellte Vedran der immer für uns erreichbar war zur Verfügung. Kurz gesagt.. Perfekt

l' appartamento è di recente costruzione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto comodo, pulito con stanze ampie e luminose e una bella e grande terrazza. Arredamento nuovo, dotato di lavatrice lavastoviglie e condizionatori autonomi in tutte le stanze. la proprietaria, Sara è stata gentilissima sempre disponibile e premurosa. parcheggio privato. Tutto ottimo.

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Fantasztikus hetet töltöttünk itt, minden a leírásnak és a fotóknak megfelelő volt - vagy még jobb is. Az apartman maximálisan megfelelt a 4 tagú családunk igényeinek. 3 perc séta a gyönyörű tengerparttól. Mindig kellemesen árnyékos, tengerre néző, hatalmas terasz. Tiszta, praktikus berendezés és felszereltség. Két hálószoba két fürdőszoba. Klíma, wifi, mosógép és parkolási lehetőség. 12 perc sétára van egy hipermarket. Terezija és Ivica kiváló vendéglátók, soha nem tolakodóak, de mindig elérhetőek, ha szükség lenne bármire. Házi süteménnyel vártak. Szomorúan jöttünk haza. Novi Vinodolski ezen része álomszép, jól kialakított napozóhelyek vannak, 30 méterenként acél látrákkal a tengerbe. Az árnyékos helyek hamar elfogynak, napsátrat érdemes vinni és tengeri cipőt. Van pár kisebb kavicsos öböl, ahol a kisgyerekek is biztonsággal pancsolhatnak. Szerencsére nincs medúza vagy hínár, de halak igen, érdemes snorkelezni. Inkább családosoknak való, nem bulizós a környék. Imádtuk az egészet!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Miejsce fantastyczne, apartament jest duży i czysty. Kuchnia duża, bardzo dobrze zaopatrzona jest nawet zmywarka ! Dwie łazienki to duży plus, do tego pralka. Marija to świetny gospodarz, rano przywitała nas góra naleśników ❤️ Szczerze polecam !

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Thank you!

Wonderful place. The flat is beautifully decorated, creates an amazing atmosphere and is well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. A great plus is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the very comfortable beds. We are glad we chose this place for our honeymoon. Great contact with the owners who were always there to help us. Highly recommend and would love to come back! :)

Se ami stare circondato dalla natura e nel silenzio, questa è la casa giusta per te! Lo spazio all'esterno è semplicemente stupendo: abbiamo adorato trascorrere le serate all'aria aperta in compagnia delle cicale. La cucina è essenziale ma molto organizzata e pulita così come il resto dell'abitazione. Marta è adorabile, gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Daniel ed io abbiamo lasciato un pezzo del nostro cuore.
