Very sweet and nice apartment we had a great stay

We've been going here for many years. The only place to really relax. Prizna is a small place where there are not many tourists, the house is a dream, the sea fantastic with its own platform for sunbathing and the hosts the friendliest/ most gracious in all of Croatia :)

Accommodation was very modern and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, cooked a few times ourselves. Very practical is the dishwasher and the oven. The landlords are very friendly and open. The balcony is very large and you have a nice view of the sea. A beautiful pebble beach is a 5-minute walk away on foot. There are also some restaurants with delicious food within a few minutes' walk. We can only recommend this place!

The stay went very well. The hosts are very nice and make a real effort to communicate. They speak a few words of many languages, which allows us to discuss our needs. The king beds are very comfortable. The sea view is lovely. You have to take into account the price of the ferry to get to the island (vehicle: between €10 and €20 - adult: €4.2 - child: €1.6)

The appartment fulfilled every of our expectations. It was very clean & comfortable, there is everything you need in it. The highlight definetly is the view from the balkony. You look straight to the ocean and have the best sunsets there. In addition to that there is your own section at the Beach - although it‘s on the rocks, there are only a few more people and it’s quite. What you definetly need is a car & food. Nearby (15-20 minutes by car) there‘s only a little shop where you only get a little selection.

Nice stay, cozy apartment, friendly hosts, nice view from the balcony. Need a car to get around - not much to do nearby, but the island is small and easy to explore.

the beach with dogs is about 5 minutes away, there are few people, it is quiet, it was perfect for recharging. The town of Rab is 20 minutes away, we loved being here.

The house was really good, clean and had everything you could wish for. Outside area was also amazing. Just the neighbors were a little annoying because we did a Bbq ouside at like 8 pm and they directly complained that we were to loud even though we just had dinner ouside in the evening and talkt. The day after because of that we were inside the house in the evening and just went ouside once at 9 pm to quickly jump in the pool and they directly started whistleling… both enenibgs we were inside before 10 pm and we were never just really loud we were just talking so that i dont find quite reasonable… but everything elese quite good.

The accommodation Haus Stella in Rabac was perfect for our small group. The 4 rooms each had their own bathroom, the amenities were as described, in some cases there were even things that were not listed in the listing. The landlady Stella was extremely accommodating, was always there for us and even brought us delicious pastries! The accommodation is easy to reach by car, the nearest shops and beaches are not long away. We were completely satisfied!

The house is beautiful, it matches the published photos, but live is even more beautiful. We found it very clean, and really super equipped, from the robot vacuum cleaner to all the possible utensils for the kitchen, many dishes, cups, glasses, knives of all kinds, there is even the capuccinator. The hot tub is wonderful. The location is really great to reach all the beaches of the island in a short time. A 5’ drive away there are many very well-stocked supermarkets. Thomas from the real estate agency is very kind and really helpful, and the owner is the same. Really a 5-star stay! Really a stay

Nice large house with plenty of bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen. So sad that we didn’t get to use the pool because of weather

We were here at the beginning of September with a total of 7 adults, 4 children between 1.5 and 5 years and a baby. The house, the outdoor area and the complete equipment are on a very high level, everything is in very good condition, works and is very clean. Internet/Wifi is very good with a large cover even on the outside. Everything is there to accommodate even larger groups. We used the barbecue and the covered dining area outside almost daily. It is the ideal house if you don't want to leave for a day or another or the other or just take a smaller hike at the doorstep. The road up to the house is consistently paved and is also no problem with a camper. You have a magnificent view over the sea and it is very quiet up there. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a little too early and even got a welcome drink:-) We can highly recommend the house especially for large families or for groups of friends.

We loved everything about our trip. We are surely coming back.

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼
