Enjoy an attractive, newly adapted holiday home in the center of the old town, in a fantastic location. The OTI vacation home is located in the ancient old town of Cres, right next to the historic Moise Palace. The sea is a few minutes' walk from the house as well as the beach. Nearby on the waterfront there are restaurants, cafes and shops. The living room and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and smart TV. The island of Cres is connected by a bridge near Osor to the island of Lošinj and it is possible to visit it by car.

Two private swimming pools are illuminated under the night sky, surrounded by landscaped greenery. Soft lighting highlights the pool area, where lounge chairs are positioned for relaxation. An outdoor patio features umbrellas, offering shaded spaces for enjoyment.

A great family house in the center core of the old town. Equipped with 3 bedrooms with a king size bed and one with 2 separate beds, fully functional kitchen, two bathrooms and one additional toilet. The kitchen is on the ground floor, by the outside stairs you get to the first floor where the 1st bedroom with a bathroom is and again by stairs you get to the second floor where the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are located. Close to the beach, only 5 minutes’ walk to the first beach. Close parking
