Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. The apartments have two floors and a big terrace with a pool and a stunning sea view. The apartments are great for families with children, couples and a group of friends. They can host up to 10 persons (5 per apartment). Your pets are welcome. The beaches are approx 2 km away. Nearby there are restaurants offering local specialties. The grocery shop is within 1 km.
