House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Nice apartment very modern with all the comforts to spend a magnificent stay. It has two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Intimacy between the two rooms. In the living room there is a very large and comfortable sofa bed. Perfect for 5-6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, water heater, toaster, nespresso machine, cooking and cleaning utensils).
