The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Gracetown Views. A beautiful home with cosy fire

Our house is a lovely 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with great views over Gracetown. It's a leisurely 5 minute walk to the beach. The extensively renovated house is spacious, light, bright and really comfortable. Gracetown Views has been loved by many guests since 2015 and will suit couples, families and travellers. Located in the heartland of the South West's premier wine growing region and bounded by renowned wineries, tourist attractions and majestic countryside, the stresses of every day living are left at the top of the driveway. Set on a picturesque 22 acre property the large classic four bedroom homestead has been delightfully renovated in keeping with that down south old world charm. The homestead rests amongst tall trees with a dam and creek-line nurturing native wildlife including kangaroos.

The Cabin - House of Cards Winery

A Chalet on the property of House of Cards winery. The chalet boasts a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A spacious 2x2 chalet that can accommodate 2-6 people, utilising the pull out sofa bed in the living area. With air conditioning and fire place.The master bedroom offers a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a large freestanding bath with a nature view. The second bedroom offers a king bed (which can be split into two singles on request) and en suite bathroom. NO LEAVERS

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Saltair - Gracetown

Saltair- Gracetown is a quintessential relaxing beach house within a short walk to the beach and surf breaks. It is a family friendly house, with bunks for the kids, a large lawn, table tennis on the back deck and a selection of toys and board games. For the adults, the large deck has views of the ocean, a large dining table and a daybed. Whether it's swimming, surfing, hiking, fishing, or sampling some of the regions finest wines, it’s all at your doorstep.
