Designed for 2 people, cannot accommodate baby/child. 1 dog allowed if – 5 kg (cannot be left alone in the house). Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

The Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" is a stone house dating back to the 17th century. The home was renovated in 2019 and can accommodate a maximum of 2 to 8 guests. During the summer (July and August), we welcome a minimum of 4 guests. We don't accept guests on their own. The cottage has free parking for 4 cars in front as well as a terrace and a lawn of 1200 m² located at the back, pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. The gite is fenced.

House with a view and 700 m from the beach

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

Gîte for 4 people 79 m², located in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, not overlooked. Old farmhouse renovated in June 2019. Large 800 m² garden and 300 m² gravel courtyard fully enclosed and secure for children. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside, and the beaches of PLOUHA, (16 km) ST QUAY (21 km) Embarcadère ILE DE BREHAT (33 km). Hiking trail 300 m away, supermarket 6 km away in GUINGAMP, train station 8 km away.

Grâces: Quiet farmhouse for 4 people

Farmhouse adjoining our home, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, 1 km from the Rennes – Brest axis, 4 km from Guingamp city center, 30 minutes from the beaches. The accommodation includes: - on the ground floor: a 30 m2 living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, shower room; - upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a library area with desk. The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.

Guingamp City Center Apartment

Very bright apartment in the city center of Guingamp. Shops, grocery stores, cinema, swimming pool, theater, Trieux promenade are within walking distance. Our accommodation includes a living room with kitchenette (dishes, microwave, coffee maker, kettle...), TV, sofa. A small bedroom with a high closet and a shower room Free Wi-Fi. The bed will be made on arrival and 2 towels per guest. Self check-in with key lockbox.

By car: 30 minutes from Saint-Quay/Paimpol and Saint-Brieuc Bay. 40 min from the Pink Granite Coast (Perros / Trebeurden) Ideal stopover for a pied-à-terre for a couple (1 teenager) as well as for business trips. 2-min walk to the historic center - shops and banks of the Trieux. The pool is open from April 1st to November 15th and heated to 28 degrees; its use is shared.
