A peaceful haven for those who value tranquility. You will be very close to Savenay (5 km) and its shopping area La Colleraye

The villa is located in the heart of La Baule Bay, on a very quiet street, 450 meters from the sea and shops. You can leave your car and do all your activities on foot or by bicycle. Tennis, swimming pool, mini-golf, paddleboarding, water sports, convenience store, market, restaurants... everything is within a 10-minute walk! The villa is located at the top of a dune, in a 650 m² sloping garden, surrounded by pine and holm oak trees. You can access it via a wide path/staircase. South/west exposure

In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.
