Family-friendly vacation rentals in Grace Bay

Ulma’s place was perfect! The central location to everything was great since we went everywhere. At the house they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear and quite a bit of other items we did not use. The pool was basically right out the back gate! The AC worked wonderfully, the house was stocked with everything we needed, it was incredibly clean, and the lay out for us was great. Highly recommend staying here!!

This property was so clean and beautiful. I had high expectations going there because of the pictures and videos I had seen but it was even beautiful in person. The host, Simon came to introduce himself and was very nice. They were very responsive, I mean very responsive. They only took about 1-3 minutes to respond to you whenever you chat with them through the guest portal. Check in was smooth as well as check out. My husband and I felt like the only ones on the property as it was very private and that was the main reason why we chose white villas. My husband didn’t wanna leave at the end of the stay because of how comfortable he got. We had an amazing stay overall and will definitely come back

Perfect for the fisherman in your family! My son caught 4 types of snapper and a couple of crabs. We tried for the bonefish and barracuda but no luck. My other son and I loved the paddleboards and went out everyday. Tons of places to relax and enjoy the breeze. Beautiful home within 10 to 15 of EVERYTHING! Loved it!!

Stephanie is a wonderful host . The condo is well stocked and comfortable. Everything you need is in walking distance. Love that she has a wagon to take to the grocery store..,so helpful!! Do easy to walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach!! This was my second stay and I will be back!!

We had the best time at Villa Blanca. Everything was as described. The space was more than enough for my husband and two small children. The view was my probably my favorite. I really appreciate them having so much stuff for us to use such as kids inflatables, beach toys, beach chairs, cooler, and lots and lots of towels. The beach was amazing and right across the villa. Thank you so much to the hosts that were very helpful.

It was everything we’d hoped for. It was perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Beach was right through the pool gate and about 5 min walk. It was very easy to get around. The Inn at Gracebay is super quiet and quaint. The landscape was so cute and the pool was very well maintained and they had a really cute pergola with string lights and an immaculate Weber Grill. The supermarket was a 10 min walk and also Gracebay rentals was about 7 min walk. We decided to rent a car the last few days to explore the amazing beaches that Turks had to offer. It was a very clean place. Easy check in, and we had everything we needed to have a great week vacation. We would definitely book again.

Enjoyed our stay at Flame Tree Cottage very much. Private, safe neighborhood, and close to some great beaches. Some construction next door as disclosed, but it was not too loud. Pool and porches were the favorite spots! Kelly was a great host, always responsive and helpful!

This place is truly unique. It is helpful to view it on a satellite map. It’s set in one of the few remaining nature sanctuary anywhere near Grace Bay. The home itself has an upstairs and the downstairs apartment as well as a full house 50 steps away. Both apartments are fabulous. The hosts are totally responsive and have thought of so many nice touches. Everything worked excellently and was easy to understand and navigate. The price was very fair for that part of the beach. What’s great about it is that you are very close to the action of Grace Bay yet still secluded. Fabulous.

I had an amazing experience at Windward Lodge! Marisa & Edward were incredibly welcoming and provided so much helpful information before my stay, including local recommendations. The guest house was beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Grace Bay. I also appreciated the shared pool and outdoor space, which added to the overall experience. Emma, the property manager, was also great and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend Windward Lodge to anyone visiting TCI. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Marisa & Edward, for an unforgettable trip!

The home was amazing, just as pictured. We weren't aware to get any cell service package so reaching out to the host when we arrived was a challenge, and without wifi good luck lol, but that was more the island than the host or home. A heads up would have been good though. Leola was a great host once we got to the home and was responsive throughout. She even helped us set up a rental car and advised local hot spots to check out. The home is in a very nice upscale area away from all of the island tourists and noise and is very safe. Its a 7-15 min drive from any shopping or eating so would recommend a rental car. Definitely plan on visiting the island again and will book this place again!

I have nothing but great things to say about our stay in Turks and Caicos. The hosts were amazing. Gina was super friendly and responsive, and she went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The villa was very clean and well maintained. I used the gas grill almost every day to help feed by three boys (ages 11, 15 and 18). The best part of the villa was it’s location. The beach was just a 3 minute walk from the villa and it may the most beautiful beach on the island. Also the snorkeling right off the beach was very good. The location was also very convenient. The grocery store was a 5 minute drive one direction while the shops and restaurants in Grace Bay were just a 5-10 minute drive in the other direction.

Graham's place was as advertised. It was easy to check in. The beach is only about a five minute walk (from the pool gate). There are chair coupons that get you free beach chairs for the day. We also rented an umbrella for $25 a day. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Great location! Away from the resorts so having the whole beach to yourself was a luxury. Couple mins beach walk from The Conch Shack. Beach itself had plenty of conch. It had more seaweed than other beaches but that was expected by us and not something that impacted the good times. The views from the room were phenomenal. Waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise viewable from your bed was priceless. You step outside your bedroom onto the beautiful, silky, sandy beach and pristine waters…..couldn’t ask for anything better. The pool was clean with amazing ocean view. The host was very responsive and quick to address any matters/needs. You will need a car if you want to go to happening areas at the resorts (15 mins drive). Locals are very nice and helpful. We never felt unsafe during our stay in this area. All in all, this is a perfect stay for those looking for a romantic, private stay with plenty of privacy while enjoying the beautiful beach and views TCI has to offer.

Stay was nice. The island is very overpriced but had nothing to do with the accommodations. It’s very close to the public beach and nice restaurants.

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. Super fab and gorgeous! Everything was there and more…closet full of beach gear and snorkel sets!! The off white and clean bougie pink decor was my style! Definitely book it!

Wonderful cottage on the beautiful turquoise beaches of Turks and Caicos - and at a great price. Cleaners were very timely, and communication with host was seamless. Highly recommend!

Ana's place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We really appreciated having some beach equipment (small cooler, umbrella, beach chairs), and the resort's paddle boards and kayaks. The pool is great, the area is quiet and peaceful, and we felt like we had a private beach!! Of note, there was no laundry detergent and there is quite a bit of sea grass in the water. You can walk a little ways down and avoid it, or keep going and find the national park with some cool sights and beaches. Definitely need a rental car, and groceries here. Was perfect for our family, who like to avoid the heavy touristy areas and really explore the location, not just sit on the beach the whole time.

The house and location were excellent. The villa had plenty of space for 6 adults and was comfortable and relaxing. Bight Beach was the best of all the beaches we visited with great snorkeling right off the beach! Kady was a wonderful host, giving us some good recommendations for restaurants, trips and shopping (definitely check out Somewhere Cafe for happy hour deals!). Overall, we had the best experience and would definitely return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Atrium. Even though we weren’t able to check in early. And we had to wait 25-30mins past our check in time. We were able to leave our bags in the office and go explore for a couple hours. The host was responsive. The staff was polite and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely come back. Would definitely recommend the Atrium to other travelers.

Great location! Turtle Cove had great restaurants especially SharkBite that was reasonably priced and if you are lucky can see the shark swim by while eating - however our favourite was Smiths Reef (walking distance) it was never crowded and a family of turtles frequent the spot - My family enjoyed snorkelling, swimming and relaxing.

The Dragonfly house was perfect for our family of 4, we loved having the two bedrooms. The kitchen was great to make meals and that saved a lot of money for us and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch at the end of the day. We were happy they had laundry machines to use for free, we brought our own detergent packs from home. The house was in a nice neighborhood and centrally located to all the beaches we visited. The host was very responsive and we were so happy to stay there.

This was our first stay on Turks and Caicos. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring different areas of the island. This location was walkable to a beach and restaurants but I’d get transportation if staying here to get to other beaches and activities. The place was in a nice location with a pool- very safe and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs were appreciated. Joseph was helpful and recommended where to get Covid tests for our return trip. I’d definitely recommend!
