Vacation rentals with beach access in Governador Island

I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

It was such a pleasure to stay at Richard's place. It was decorated beautifully, and it had everything we needed. You can tell he puts a lot of care into hosting :) His flat is well located in Copacabana, it's a perfect location for exploring Rio! Paulo’s apartment is very beautiful and spotless with great crispy clean towels. The location and the views are really awesome. Paulo is a super host, he provided great recommendations on places to eat. We tried them all and all were fantastic. Paulo goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable and happy. The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable. Very well equipped, everything you need for your stay is available. The neighborhood is very quiet and full of nature. The beach is spectacular. The hosts were great, check-in was super flexible and so was check-out, our flight was delayed a few hours on our return and we were able to stay without any problem. Thank you Tathi for everything!! Great recommendations for places to have breakfast :D I would definitely go back. If you consider that it is far from everything. It's what we were looking for: tranquility and security. But for some, it may be far away. You have to get around by car or taxi. We love that feature.

Danilo is an actively responsive host. Check-in was seamlessly integrated; Given I had an early flight arrival, accommodations were made behooving my friend and I. The location is in the heart of Copacabana. For any excursions I booked, the air bnb was always inside the pickup zone, enabling transportation to pick us up and drop us off right outside the door. Restaurants along the beach side are within walking distance. Face recognition access allowed easy access in and out of the building. The building provides 24/7 building security, all visitors must be registered with the host at least 3 hours in advance, including full name and ID number. Otherwise, they won’t be allowed to enter the building. The pool is roughly around 4 1/2 feet deep. Overall I would return, Danilo kept contact throughout my stay as well as the front desk offering assistance as needed.

Easy to find location, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The house is the same as in the photos. Paulo provided initial assistance by answering questions and Renato welcomed us at check-in, being extremely helpful and giving us all the support we needed during our stay. It was very worth staying.

I loved my stay, it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to return. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, the view is even better! Shops next to the house, cafeterias, I particularly ordered from ifood, which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, she responded quickly and I had no problems!

Stunning Location with Incredible Views The villa is in an absolutely amazing location with breathtaking views. It offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Rio, while still being just a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. We visited the city several times with ease to explore the main sights. There are also fantastic dining options nearby, and getting around was effortless thanks to the readily available and affordable Ubers. The villa itself is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Fabio was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of both relaxation and access to Rio!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

Beatriz and Valdemar's place is perfect, it's just like the photos. It's very well equipped. I highlight the good quality of the sheets and towels. Valdemar is a very attentive person, who is willing to help. The building manager is very friendly and helpful. The studio is located on a main street, close to places to eat and shop. A few blocks from the beach and the Laguna. I highly recommend this place, I would definitely come back.
