The studio is located on the second floor and is very spacious and ventilated. Excellent king size bed for your rest time and a sofa bed. The villa is the backyard, which makes it even more amazing, as it is a quiet, safe and independent entrance location. The neighborhood is quiet and the atmosphere is completely familiar. It is 800m from the Shopping Mall and supermarket, bakery and bus stops nearby and it is easy to order Uber, at any time. At the moment we only have a fan, it's well ventilated.

Great studio with panoramic views of the bottom of Guanabara Bay and Serra dos Órgãos, attached to Casa de Artes Paquetá, the neighborhood's cultural center. The Gaudi Tower is located next to an important historical region of the island and surrounded by lots of greenery and tranquility on all sides. All rooms are very airy, with high ceilings and large windows that frame the ocean view. The studio has a large outdoor balcony, where Gaudi's sofa invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the moon.
