Over the past five years, we’ve transformed this space into a welcoming place where the living is good. In this gîte, which has been completely renovated with an eco-responsible approach, you can learn about the principles of permaculture and, for those who practice it, take it to the next level.

Le Moulin Neuf is located 5 km from Fleurance , 24 km from Auch, and 16 km from Lectoure, a spa town. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the Coco cottage is a comfortable haven of peace for a stay in the countryside, allowing you to explore the region. The cottage is an outbuilding restored in 2020 from an old water mill, in the middle of 5ha of meadow. It is also the perfect place to stay for the famous Fleurance Astronomical Festival and for employees on the go. Dog accepted on request.

Our stone and earth house is built on a hillside. It is covered by a green roof and its exposure to the sun is optimal. Due to its troglodyte design, the indoor temperature remains pleasant, summer and winter. If needed, a wood-burning stove will warm you up. Along the way, you will sympathize with donkeys, ponies and sheep, as you make your way to the sauna/cold bath to relax. You also have access to our large natural pool on the estate.

Small studio adjoining the main house, with a separate entrance and adjoining parking spaces. You will have your own bathroom and toilet as well as a small kitchenette. You can eat on the "terrace" in front of the studio, with a view of the Gers countryside and the sunset. For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Breakfast is included and packed lunches are available on request.
