Possibility to eat on the "terrace", in front of the studio, with views of the Gers countryside and the sunset. House located at the end of the road, so little traffic and possibility of walking from the studio.

Very nice volumes (90 m2) with a high rustic wooden ceiling. Exposed beams upstairs but also in the bathroom. A 7 m high skylight to access the upper floor, its factory style is resolutely unique. This cottage is an old carpentry workshop, a renovation with many attractions. Fully equipped, air-conditioned in a quiet and picturesque village of Lomagne Gersoise.

Independent, quiet and cozy accommodation located on the side of our house. It is located so that there is no one opposite for more privacy.
