Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. Due to the historic nature of the property it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Restored Gâtine house, located in a beautiful environment, quiet and on the edge of the "Thouet", enclosed courtyard and garden (110 m²) opening onto large grounds (fenced) with river. ideal for lovers of fishing and nature. Ground floor: kitchen (13 m²), living room 27 m², bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 1: 14 m² 1 bed 140/200, 1 bed 80/200, bedroom 2: accessible by two steps 19 m² - 1 bed 160/200, 1 bed 80/200. BATH LINEN IS OPTIONAL.

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). Arnaud and Caroline are pleased to welcome you to their cottage in the heart of the Gâtinaise countryside. Located in a beautiful setting, quiet. Ideal for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists, fishermen (near the Thouet), couples or families. A key box is available for late check-ins. The pool is open from April to September (unheated but with a dome that allows the temperature to rise when the sun comes out).

Le Petit Bambou in Noirterre is conveniently located for visiting the area: La Coulée Verte (10 min), golf (10 min), Puy du Fou (45 min), Futuroscope (1h), Maulévrier Oriental Park (30 min), Pescalis (30 min), Val en Vignes Valley Park, Les Sables d'Olonne Beach (1h30)

Relax in the heart of our property in this warm and elegant accommodation, which adjoins our residence. In the countryside, where you will enjoy the calm and beauty of our 1-hectare wooded park. Located between the Futuroscope, the Poitevin marsh, the Puy du Fou, the banks of the Loire with the Château de Saumur, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, La Rochelle etc.

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.

Sensitive to Heritage and ecology, we had to try different recipes for plasters, paints and tips that we will be happy to share with you if you wish.
