The Cabanon is a Provence stone build studio, part of the historical house called "La Cure" on the highest elevation point of Menerbes . Located on the second floor facing southwest, you'll access it using an outside stone stair from the garden on the ground floor. Old fashioned but well maintained. It offer a breathtaking view on the Luberon and a most relaxing environment for a few days of peace. Since April this year "La Cure (Historical Guesthouse)" is also available for booking on Airbnb.

I have stayed in many AirBnBs around the world and Alain’s is my favourite one I have ever stayed in. I never wanted to leave. We spent five nights here and it was magical. Alain’s house is beautifully appointed, had everything you could possibly need and was in a great location for exploring the beautiful Luberon region. Alain is a fabulous host, very responsive, kind and very patient with my terrible French. He also was very kind in helping to look for my friends laptop when she thought she left it behind. This is a very special place and I hope to return one day. Don’t hesitate in booking this AirBnB for the most dreamy Provence getaway.

First of all: we more than enjoyed our stay and would wish that all accommodations were like this. The loft of a stone house in the old town is very stylishly modernized and very well maintained. It was fun to cook in the kitchen-living room with kitchen island. A selection of basic foods and coffee were available - unfortunately not everywhere, of course. From the spacious private garden with various seating options, you have a beautiful view of nature. The building is absolutely quiet, a pleasure. We will be happy to come back.

Christian was there to greet us . He was very helpful and explained all we needed . The property was lovely and in a great location . There was plenty of outdoor activities to keep you occupied. If I had to make one criticism it would be that some of the outdoor furniture could do with replacing.

Stunning property in a superb location with a very attentive host. The 2 parking spaces were an absolute bonus. Having 3 en suite bedrooms was a real treat and the layout of the house was fantastic. I highly recommend this property and will be back again.
