The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. Gite du Lac in Caurel (6-7 people)

The house is close to the town center, restaurants and 1.5 km from Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation is perfect for families, hikers on foot and on horseback, business travelers, workers, cyclists and four-legged companions and horses. (direct access to greenway) Caurel is conveniently located in the heart of Brittany. Great walks in the forest, water activities on the lake, local entertainment throughout the season are at your disposal. English spoken in addition to French, of course.

Le Jardin de Martin Eco-Friendly Guesthouse

Our small eco-friendly guest house Le Jardin de Martin in Plérin in the Côtes d'Armor, wedged between garden and horses, is a 5-minute walk from Martin beach and the GR34 and close to bike paths. Designed as a tiny house, with south-facing bay windows overlooking the garden, furnished in a Zen and vintage spirit, it is an atypical, warm, semi-passive place, isolated from the waves with private wifi. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

1 km from the Nantes to Brest canal, 1 km from the Guerlédan dam and 1 km from the village of St Aignan, well-equipped studio at the end of a farmhouse with independent entrance, very quiet place. Ideal for cyclists, trailers or hikers, in pairs or solo. Many hiking trails, mountain bike trails and water activities nearby. We are also 50 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and 1 hour from the Golf du Morbihan.

Lann Avel – Guaranteed green escape

Welcome to Lann Avel, a characterful longhouse located in a quiet village, ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes.

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.
