Sie ist bequem auch mit dem vorhandenen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein großer lichtdurchfluteter Raum mit einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich und einer Küche mit Sitzecke. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein separater Raum. Zum Anger oder Domplatz sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Our holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern, light-filled architect-designed house in the heart of Gotha's old town. With a private terrace, quiet location, and just 50 m from the pedestrian zone, it is ideal for families, vacationers, city visitors, and girlfriends' weekends. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, TV, and an optional parking space for a fee. Please note that we focus on relaxing stays and are not suitable as accommodation for tradespeople or workers.

Die ruhige Lage am Fluss Gera am Rande des Steigerwalds in Verbindung mit der Nähe zur Stadt und der guten Verkehrsanbindung bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Erfurt und Umgebung, sowie für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Gera-Radweg führt direkt am Haus entlang. Geschäftsreisende finden ruhige und erholsame Nächte sowie kostenfreie Parkplätze.

Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Stadtpark, der Orangerie und dem Zentrum von Gotha. Genauso wie auch der Bahnhof und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Schloss, das Naturkundemuseum ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie besitzt einen separaten Eingang nur für unseren Gäste. Dies ist nun das dritte Appartement und wir hoffen, dass auch dieses den Erwartungen unserer Gäste genügt. Wir freuen uns schon auf möglichst viele interessante Gäste!

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2. Obergeschoss eines 3-geschossigen Wohnhauses, mit ausgebautem Dachboden, eingerichtet. Die Wohnung mit Erker und Balkon hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 90 m². Die drei Schlafzimmer sind jeweils separat abschließbar. Die Gemeinschaftsräume, wie Flur, Küche, Bad, WC und Wohnzimmer, werden ausschließlich durch unsere Gäste genutzt. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit Fahrräder sicher und trocken im Gebäude abzustellen.

In unserer wunderschönen Gründerzeitvilla haben wir eine separate großzügige Wohnung für unsere Gäste reserviert. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentrums-nah. Schnelles Internet über WLAN verfügbar. Außerdem haben Sie eine private Dachterrasse und können nach persönlicher Absprache unseren Garten mit nutzen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus vorhanden.Das historische Haus entführt dich in eine Zeit der Entspannung und entschleunigt deine Auszeit!

Mitten in einer ruhigen, charmanten Altstadtgasse Erfurts liegt dein stilvolles Refugium auf ca. 20 qm mit Küche und Bad. Petersberg, Domplatz, Krämerbrücke und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Nichtraucher, nicht für Kinder, keine Barrierefreiheit.
