Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Gotha

We had a lovely, albeit very wet Pentecost weekend in Rachel's house. We were two families (6 people, 2 children (3 years old)). We particularly liked how child-friendly and well-equipped the house was. There are plenty of toys and the trampoline in the garden was a hit. The surroundings are beautifully idyllic. However, we were a little surprised by the high tick volume, but that's nobody's fault. However, you should prepare for a vacation in the area (vaccination, spray) and check daily, especially with the kids. The house was very cozy and could be heated wonderfully with the fireplace in the unfortunately very bad weather. The footpath to the house, which is slightly elevated, was a bit impractical. If you arrive with a little more luggage and shopping, you have to walk the way several times, but it worked. Overall, we were satisfied and felt very comfortable.

There were two of us with our dog for a week in Beatrix's accommodation and we felt super comfortable. At check-in, the family was on site and showed us everything. We were received in a very friendly and warm manner. In the accommodation we lacked nothing, everything was very clean, nicely decorated and the location is beautiful. The only criticism: We would have liked to have been prepared for the fact that 4 goats are right on the property. This took a little nerve the first two days, because our dog is very motivated to hunt and we had to show her first that the goats are not eaten. 😅 But with a lot of management, we were able to let them run freely on the beautiful property. We will definitely return! (:

We were there with a dog over New Year's Eve. Beautiful house, no frills, very well equipped kitchen (I have to mention it: sharp cutting knives), very cozy and soundproofed. Didn't even hear the blast. Host very nice, ostramondra seems to host many dogs, in our case there was a lot of barking in the neighborhood, which did not bother us.

Beautiful weekend home from the first minute. Communication with Rebecca and Philipp was straightforward and warm. The house was perfect for 9 adults: lots of cozy corners for playing, chatting, reading or even working. Great amenities! The surroundings are an inexhaustible hiking paradise. You definitely need a car to get there and to go on excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Our stay at Chalet Birkenzauber was magical 🫶 The entire accommodation for us was super cozy, well equipped (unlimited 5G Wi-Fi, 4kSmartTv, coffee maker with all kinds of pad hangers etc...) and offers a magnificent view and because we were there over New Year's Eve we had a fantastic fireworks spectacle! The area had many highlights to offer. The museums, picturesque hiking trails and the snow park towards Oberhof with its versatile winter activities such as skiing, biathlon shooting and a fantastic view. Everything necessary like supermarkets with bakery was right nearby We didn't lack anything. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for recreation and or experiences. Thank you Mandy again for this wonderful break we were able to experience and the little touches that made it even more special! ❤️

The five of us girls felt very comfortable at the place. We had everything we needed. Even to cook extensive unusual meals. The house is very nicely located at the end of the village and you can walk from there directly behind the house to the first "local mountain." It is also only a few minutes to the market square with a restaurant and ice cream parlor. We had it fantastically quiet here, although there is even construction going on opposite, or rather an old half-timbered house is being restored. The corner has something very picturesque. The beds were comfortable and two bathrooms with two showers and toilets perfect for us. We were even able to enjoy the sun on the terrace and in front of the house at the beginning of April. Thanks again to Manja !!! And also for the great tip with the harbor restaurant to Schlagt, which is only a few minutes away in Wanfried. Also highly recommended!

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

Dagmar's beautiful house with wonderful views leaves nothing to be desired. The reception is tremendously warm and everything is thought of in advance. Thank you! We would love to come back and enjoy the tranquility in the Rhön with its exceptionally beautiful flower meadows.

Great stay with Franziska! The bungalow is really great – perfect for the two of us. The small terrace is pleasant, well located, and the pool is also great. The bungalow was very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for a getaway. Thanks for everything, we will be happy to come back !

I couldn’t recommend more Svenjas plece! It was amazing, the place itself very spacious. It has everything you need for. She hosted as we were at home. We visited with our little one and our dog and we fledged like at home! Definitely would come back again!! Thanks!!

One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in, located in the city of Erfurt but in a very calm and relaxing place, we were in the area for work and it was perfect to relax at the end of the day, it has everything you need in the house, Anke, Frank and Kheda are very friendly and good hosts, I really recommend it, thank you

The apartment was really nice and very clean, we immediately felt comfortable there. The decor was modern and well maintained, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only note: It would be helpful to mention in the description that the pool can only be used in summer. Otherwise, everything was great – happy to come back!

We spent an extended weekend in Mühlhausen. Since we are always looking for something with our little dog with a garden and dog-friendly environment, the city apartments caught our eye, as this was exactly what was visible in the pictures. Our expectations were exceeded. All super accommodating and friendly and in the middle of the city still having such a great garden is very nice. Clear recommendation and if we are around again, we will also choose the Burkhard family again.

Good and clean accommodation, had everything we needed and was in the north, which suited us. Bathroom is a walk-through room to the double bedroom, if that bothers anyone.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner in person and received a short briefing. The location of the accommodation is very quiet, right by the forest, ideal for hiking from there. My daughter was thrilled with the giant swing that hung in the tree. I thought it was great that we got the spa cards, with which you get many discounts, directly upon arrival and did not have to take care of it ourselves. An exceptional service! Everything important was available in the apartment. Very modern decor, chic bathroom. Parking is available right in front of the house. Completely uncomplicated check-out. Host available at any time. Overall very good value for money.

The apartment is exactly as the photos promise. The apartment was well prepared when we arrived, the check-in easy and comfortable, the beds good. The walk to the city is less than 10 minutes, everything was very accessible. With 5 people, it was an excellent place to stay over the weekend. We felt very comfortable.

The bungalow surrounded by fir trees and in the background a small stream rushes. Super idyllic and great for relaxing from everyday stress. An outdoor swimming pool is nearby. The location in connection with the bungalow is super cozy. Great value for money. Host was quick to reach and always helpful. Very straightforward.

We spent an extended weekend with Wilma with our dog and were super satisfied. We felt very comfortable in Wilma's special, lovingly furnished house and spent relaxed and slow days. We especially liked the proximity to nature with the dog, the surroundings are really tranquil and there are great walking paths. Wilma described everything very accurately and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back, thanks!

Everything you need to spend a few nice days in the Thuringian Forest. The accommodation is a granny flat in a larger detached house, but you don't get too much from the neighbors. The apartment is tastefully decorated and was really sparkling clean. The contact with Jörg was friendly and straightforward. There's nothing to complain about. A good starting point for local hikes.

We really enjoyed our weekend at Anett's place. Everything went smoothly, we were received in a very friendly manner and the place was as described. Thank you so much for the hospitality and all the best! :)
