Monthly Rentals in Goshen

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

The cottage was amazing and accommodating. Yvonne and Stephen left no stone unturned. Their communication was very prompt and welcoming. My experience was a very pleasant one and I look forward to future stays when visiting family.

Our hosts Regina and Steve were absolutely wonderful! Upon arrival we were greeted by Steve, who made sure any and all of our questions were answered. Their camper was cozy, and located in a peaceful area. Far away from the city noise, but still close enough to go enjoy the attractions. We were provided information and recommendations to nearby shopping, activities, as well as restaurants. Regina and Steve didn't miss a single detail. We were provided farm fresh eggs(in this economy that's a steal itself, haha), in addition to their artisanal soap(amazing by the way). They even included fire starters for the fire pit. We were also invited to participate in feeding their goats. Our four year old loved "helping". They were thorough in explaining what to do in an age appropriate way. Honestly this is a perfect stay whether you are looking to explore the local scenery, or just hide away from it all. It's a great stay with kids, and I'm sure it would be just as great with just adults.
