Vitthal Sir was a wonderful host at their homestay, making the experience feel truly homely rather than just another stay. The place is surrounded by natural beauty, with plenty of trees and birds all around.

Malhar's place is a little gem tucked away in the forest in a way that makes you feel the forest is your own and the surrounding birdsong is for you alone! The room is simple and clean, the balcony area relaxing, the hamlet nearby, peaceful. There is only a short stretch of bumpy road if you drive in from the state highway (highly recommended) and a short jungle pathway walk from the parking area to the house. The best part of this stay is the host who is very responsive, helpful and a great cook as well! Malhar is very knowledgeable about the forest and your stay will be worth it if you can use your time here to learn about and appreciate more deeply the Konkan eco system while you stay at Malhar's place!

We had a wonderful stay! Chiplun is our native place, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautifully designed and well-maintained home nearby. The cleanliness of the property was truly impressive, and the thoughtful design made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The important thing was the stay is pet friendly.. my pet - Bagheera enjoyed the stay and was free to roam the entire property.
