L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . This accommodation has a unique location at the foot of the Héric Gorges. It is suitable for two adults but can accommodate up to 4 people. Its view is exceptional on the Aiguilles du Caroux and you can walk or cycle as easily in the gorges or to the village. Linens and towels are provided for the master bedroom and for two people. If more than two, let us know. Your vehicle can stay on site. The hot tub is available from June 15 to September 15

NEW: We have just equipped the gîte with centralized air conditioning. This gîte is very spacious, in a fenced and wooded plot of 2000 m², with great views of the surrounding mountains. I invite you to look at all the photos, so you will visit this 50 m² vacation rental and discover some surrounding landscapes. The gîte consists of 2 rooms, a living room and a built-in kitchen, then a very spacious bedroom with a suite, toilet and bathroom.

This modern and spacious accommodation offers stunning views of one of the most beautiful villages in France. The apartment also has a charming riverside garden located 50 m walk from the property. Breakfast can be taken directly at the Hotel l'Ecole (located 100 m away) and you can also enjoy the hotel's facilities (swimming pool, petanque court and billiards). The garden and hotel are not accessible from 10/01 to 05/01.

You will be welcomed in the heart of nature preserved in an old sheepfold renovated into atypical accommodation. Upstairs is a large 70 m2 living room with a lounge, an equipped kitchen and a living room. Plus a toilet. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.

This family home is located in the village "La Coste", in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, close to the Caroux and Espinouse massifs, ideal for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts will have plenty to do with the GR, PR and mountain bike trails that pass nearby. You will have easy access, on foot, to the bike path, and the various activities offered by the site.

L'interlude – Gîte l'Arbousier

We welcome you at the foot of the Caroux and on the edge of the Passa Païs Greenway. The gîte has been completely renovated and has a beautiful living room open to the outdoor vegetation. It consists of 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. The garden has a small relaxation area and barbecue. Fully private parking Lots of activities in the surroundings.

LAMALOU-LES-BAINS: HOUSE WITH VIEW

Charming villa, comfortable and quiet, with garden, terrace and barbecue enjoying a beautiful unobstructed view of the Languedoc mountains; a small cozy nest for a pleasant stay as a couple or family. Starting point for family walks, hiking, horse riding, cycling (possibility of renting bicycles). Wellness and fitness activity with a SPA in the thermal establishment.

Quiet in a typical hamlet

On the side of the mountain between Espinouse and Caroux (400 m above sea level), this typical 62 m² peasant building, eco-restored in 2017, accommodates you in the heart of a very quiet hamlet. From the terrace, a superb view of the Avants-Monts invites you to enjoy outdoor activities. A walk in the forest is possible right outside the gîte!
