Beautiful, peaceful and private stay! Perfect country living getaway. Adorable hand made decor and the home was so cozy. We watched the most beautiful sunsets on the front porch and the sky continues with color for hours cause the vast open space. Deff enjoyable if you love the simple things and beauty. We watched a storm roll through and it was spectacular. State park is about ten minutes away with a lake to float which we enjoyed and beautiful trails you do have to transport the kayaks yourself but they are provided by home. We had a great peaceful experience and still close enough to town for any needs and a beautiful relaxing drive or if things forgotten but home provides basic and xtra essentials. They are a wonderful home that provides many. Thank you again! Country home away from home, will stay again!

We found this stop on our way to Colorado Springs, coming from South Texas. It was perfect to stay the night, wash some clothes and cook a meal. There’s a dollar general market a short drive down the road with some staple groceries. It was easy to throw something together and get a good nights rest for a long drive. Very comfortable! Joe and Audry were great hosts. They were extremely helpful with our everyday needs. They were kind and professional enough to offer us an entire home in which we stayed in for the night when power went out because of the crazy Texas thunderstorms! The place gave very home like vibes. I would most definitely stay here again in the future. 10/10 recommend!
