A thousand and one nights in Avegno, duplex house Mulino 1

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Cottage surrounded by greenery, near the river and its beaches, a 30-meter climbing rock, klettern, 200 meters away. Bus to Locarno and Ascona (5 km) 10 min on foot from the road via a path. Minimum one adult 27 years of age. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.)in January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Sheets and towels CHF 28 per person. Reservations for less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute bookings).

Directly behind the houses is the chestnut forest; opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

The apartments are located in Gordevio, at the entrance to the Maggia Valley. Picturesquely and quietly nestled right next to the idyllic little river Briee and below the Gordevio playground and sports field is the property built in 1969 in the Ticino style, which was completely modernized and newly furnished in 2018. We are pleased to be able to rent out the previously mainly privately used vacation apartment, studio rubino with 2 rooms and 40 m2 of living space.

The Sassanese-style house – Dunzio

Typical Ticino rural house entirely in stone, completely renovated. Simply furnished to be comfortable and welcoming. Located in Dunzio, a small village at the beginning of the Maggia Valley, reachable via a one-lane forest road, which runs along the mountain above the village of Aurigeno. Starting point for hiking and for mountain lovers. Here you can enjoy tranquility and peace surrounded by nature with a splendid view of the valley.

La Casina - at the Ronchini

Romantic rustic little house in a nature oasis. "La Casina" is a small independent house with fully renovated bathroom, kitchen- day area with wood-burning stove, two communicating bedrooms (you have to go to room 1 to access room 2), covered terrace and pergola for the exclusive use of guests only. Private parking reserved for 1 car 50 meters away. Maximum 4 people: for its structure the house is suitable for a couple or a family.
