This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Pool sowie Whirlpool (draußen überdacht) gibt es bei uns natürlich auch und ist inklusive. Bitte uns vorher dazu ansprechen. 😊

Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet: Kapselkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank. Der Ausblick geht in unseren schönen Garten, Fahrräder können dort abgestellt werden. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden. In 10 Min. ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der schönen Innenstadt oder in 15 Min. am nächsten See. Keine zentrale Lage!

Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Bei unserem Hausboot handelt es sich um ein gemütliches, modernes festliegendes Boot, welches an einer Steganlage eines Campingplatzes liegt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung und der traumhafte Blick über den Templiner See machen uns die Abreise jedes mal schwer. Im Sommer geniessen wir die 90 qm Dachterrasse, die auch zum Grillen einlädt. Durch Fussbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna machen wir unser Hausboot auch im Winter zu einem traumhaften Rückzugsort.

Diese Kombination garantiert Authentizität und Gemütlichkeit. Bei der Renovierung haben wir versucht möglichst viel der Originalsubstanz zu erhalten. Warnung für Großgewachsene: Ein niedriger Deckenbalken aus dem Jahre 1775 durchkreuzt den Raum.

Laura's place is incredible. It's huge, with three bedrooms with private bathrooms, separated enough to provide plenty of privacy. The main living room is immense, super bright, and comfortable. I highly recommend it for a great stay in Berlin.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir waren viel mit dem Rad unterwegs. Havel auch in der Nähe. Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr entspannte Tage in Knut's Loft. Alles war völlig unkompliziert und Knut ist ein guter Gastgeber mit Witz und Humor. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig und trotzdem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Tolle Umgebung nahe am Wasser mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Es hat sich definitiv gelohnt, hierher zu kommen! Danke, Knut!!!

Es kräht der Hahn. Es quakt der Frosch. Natur pur. Wir hatten eine wunderbar entspannte Woche im Blockhaus. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, und die Lage war für mich ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Die Hütte bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Tim und seiner Familie war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Für eine Woche voller Ruhe und Natur war es eine richtig schöne Auszeit.
