We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). I invite you to relax in an intimate wooden cottage with a fireplace on a large, wooded plot in Bondyrzu. The neighborhood is very quiet, but there is no shortage of attractions nearby, how very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with the beach, kayaking From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the valley of the Wieprz River, which flows directly on the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Roztoczańska Chatka is a place where you can really slow down – it smells of the forest, birds are singing all around, and you can often see squirrels from the terrace. The cottage is located near Zwierzyniec, and the surrounding trees give privacy and comfort.
