On the ground floor (45 m²) there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), a guest toilet, the hallway and the kitchen. On the upper floor (30 sqm): living room, bathroom with shower + bedroom. Fresh linens and towels are of course inclusive. What else? Free WiFi, Smart TV incl. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

After a loving renovation, small apartments have been created from the stable and barn. Special handmade wooden furniture shows my closeness to nature and love for the forest.
