Really great! We felt right at home in this cozy complete apartment with great quiet and large balcony. Around the corner, and you are in the bustling city center. Every morning (from 6:30 a.m.) a walk to the bakery for some treats. And to the beach, so nice and close. The restaurants and the boutiques., Everything within walking distance. So wonderful! Train station a short walk, we haven't used the car in two weeks. So convenient with the train from north to south. Juan Le Pins is such a nice and cozy little chic town. We have fallen completely in love with it. And then Marika. She's really available 24 hours a day. Always friendly and helpful. So nice! Best vacation in years. And best place in Juan Le Pins! We're going again next year!

Pierre and his son Marc do their utmost to ensure that the stay goes smoothly by answering all the questions asked. The garage is a plus in a quiet and secure residence. I was able to rest in 1 week as I wished. As I really like this seaside resort, I am ready to come back next year to this apartment if Pierre agrees.

We had a wonderful stay at Annabelle's place, the complex was so lovely and peaceful - and the views were truly amazing. We were apprehensive about the sofa bed but we had no trouble sleeping, it was very comfortable. There was very easy and quick access to nearby towns of Antibes, Cannes, Golfe-Juan and Nice. Annabelle was incredibly helpful, and was there should we need anything - thank you for a great holiday!

Convenient transportation, very close to Nice and Antibes, the Host thoughtfully prepared hats and blankets, it's great to see the sea every day when you wake up

Our stay went wonderfully. We couldn't have dreamed of a better place to spend a few days in the area. If, like us, you decide to visit several cities in the south by car, you will find here a real cozy cocoon, spacious, perfectly clean, modern, easy to access, and ideal for the car. The rooftop pool is truly the cherry on top. You can book without so much as a second thought, it's probably the best accommodation I've rented on Airbnb. Thanks again to Kevin for his kindness and responsiveness!

We loved our stay at Dominique’s place! We did our workaction there and it was perfect for the two of us. Internet was fast enough for video calls and the terrace and pool great for my partner who was already on holidays and could enjoy the sun and beautiful view of Antibes Bay. You definitely need a car, but with it it’s super quick and easy to go to Cannes, Antibes (around 15 min) and even Grasse (which is less than 30 min away). The apartment was just as shown on the pictures, very comfortable and clean. Dominique and his wife even spoiled us with a welcome package. He was overall also very flexible with check-in and out times. I can highly recommend the place and we’ll definitely want to come back with more time during the day!

You honestly cannot beat this location. 30 minute walk to Antibes, 10 minute train to Cannes and a 2 minute walk to a spectacular beach. The apartment was clean and the AC was very nice to come home to after a long day in the sun. Stefania was extremely responsive and we had to problems checking in!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment has spectacular views of the sea and is in such a special location Cannes. Aurelie and the team looking after us were incredibly flexible and kind , so all in all a very easy process from check in to check out . Thanks again!

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we've been to Claude's and we weren't disappointed. The accommodation was impeccable and the view from the studio's terrace is spectacular. Our stay went very well. I stayed with the center of the film festival to attend the Cannes Film Festival. The check-in/check-out time was also coordinated as requested, and I appreciate the friendly explanation. It was really cozy. I recommend it!

Very good hosting. The apartment is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the city center and the beach. It is also functional with excellent decoration. We're doing it very well. And the best part, the terrace overlooking the sea and its boats. Thank you also for all the little touches that were waiting for us and that saved us from running to fill up! We'll be there again.

We had a wonderful week with Marie-Jo in her apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every one magical!! The apartment is a 45-55 minute walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. However, there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for €10 a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

We had a great time at Catherine and Jean-Christophe's place. It is ideally located for visiting several major cities in the region: Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Grasse... Accessibility by train also appreciated because the train station is close to the house. The house contains everything you need and has a magnificent view, the breakfast on the terrace is so pleasant, and at night we were able to sleep with the window open because the residence is extremely quiet. We were also able to enjoy the pool, just a few meters down the house. I really recommend this place without hesitation, with extremely responsive hosts and great tips to improve your stay. Self check-in much appreciated in view of the late flight of our plane. Looking forward to coming back to your area 😊
