David's place was perfect for us! It is so comfortable and we loved watching Directv...what a treat! The kitchen space is fully stocked with lots of clear directions. David was very helpful and accommodating. Even the main house seems close to the guest house, it is still VERY private. Thank you David for a wonderful stay!!

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

I wish we had more than 1,000 characters to describe how much we loved this place. First off, our host Jennifer was more than you could ask for when you go on vacation. She went as far as to check on us after our first night to see how we settled in. The yurt was gorgeous and seemed very well lived in and held a lot of happy memories, ours being among them now. I can’t express how much we loved the space! From the out door shower, the trees, the hot tub, the swing, and everything in between we hope to come back and enjoy the space some more. Thank you jennifer for giving us exactly what we wanted 💗

Hilary’s home was wonderful. Great location just minutes away from downtown Solvang. The home was well stocked and the gourmet kitchen was wonderful to cook in. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the views and coolbreeze on the pool deck. It was super relaxing! We loved the 2 pianos in the home which we enjoyed playing a few tunes on. We did a zip line tour which was only minutes away from the home. Multiple fruit trees and flowers enhanced the manicured property. Our doggy enjoyed the lawn but did pick up ticks on our walk around the neighborhood. We were able to brush them off him. Thankfully he’s on tick and flea prevention. Overall we had a fantastic time and the kids were sad to leave. We could’ve used a few more days! Thank you Hilary for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

We loved our stay at Heidi’s place! We were travelling with two children under 10 and stayed for two nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house has a wonderfully warm, lived-in feel—you can tell that your staying in someone’s beautiful home rather than a standard rental—and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was, of course, a huge hit with the kids! Although the weather wasn’t on our side, the spa was perfect for warming up after a chilly swim. We’d definitely love to stay again if (or when!) we return to Santa Barbara.

Brian's place was the perfect spot for our family's celebration of my 65th birthday and my Grandson Sonny's 1st birthday party. My daughter teaches and lives at Dunn School, so Brian's place was within walking distance to her school and downtown Los Olivos. We celebrated my birthday at the area restaurants on Saturday and had Sonny's Party at Brian's place on Sunday. Standouts included a great outdoor grill and spacious outside area for all the guests, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances inside the house, plenty of seating inside and out, outdoor games for kids and adults, an in-ground outdoor fireplace, with s'more ingredients supplied by Brian for the fire. Spa available, maybe we will try it next time:) Brian reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and was available to answer any questions. I will definitely be a regular customer!!

Such a relaxing, peaceful and beautiful place to stay. We had a lovely breakfast on the patio followed with enjoying the swings, zip line and hammocks out on the grassy area.

Took my parents and niece for a lovely quick weekend getaway. This place felt like such a cozy oasis away from home - it’s tucked away in a nice cul-de-sac and the entire house is surrounded by trees and plants, creating such a private hideaway. Pictures truly reflect the cozy and clean environment of this place. We loved having the backyard wood fireplace to make s’mores at night and enjoy a nice glass of wine. The house is stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils and more to stay in for a nicely cooked home meal with a nice gas fireplace inside. Brenda has a nice folder with useful instructions and directions of everything around the house, local guide to restaurants and grocery stores. We ate at the Jeannine’s for brunch and ordered in from the Via Maestra 42 - both delicious options! Overall, we would love to return to this cozy oasis for a weekend! Thanks Brenda!

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

Amy's place is wonderful! Her property is exactly like the photos and has such great views of the ocean and vistas from her deck/yard! Very comfortable home and welcoming hospitality from Amy. She checked in often to see how everything was going and to offer assistance with anything needed, which I really appreciated since I came from out of state. You'll be happy with your stay here! We loved Chelsey's place. Everything was fine. The driveway is very steep and it was impossible to park our car without scraping even with the suspension raised to max. We will come back for sure. Rick & Jackie

Beautiful stay right by the beach (4 of 5 roads surrounding you lead to beach!). Clare’s place is clean and lovely and the patio w/ the hot tub is even nicer than the photos — great spot to work outdoors. Nearby restaurants are wonderful, as are the little market and the local taco trucks. You’re also only about 10mins from all the great Montecito hikes (hot and cold springs, rattlesnake canyon etc). Highly recommend, we had a perfect month long stay. (light sleeper note: trash days are loud and will likely wake you up around 6:30/7 if you’re a light sleeper)

As others have said, this is a perfect place for 2-3 people; any more than that would be a squeeze. That said, we had a wonderful time staying at the Back Porch. Just as described and pictured, and in many ways better. Very helpful to have laundry access right there too. Beautiful surroundings, couldn’t be any closer to all the great spots to visits — make sure to drive to Nojoqui Falls as it is a quick walk up there and back but so serene and shaded all the way. Took restaurant recommendations from the hosts guidebook and ate at both Brothers and Los Olivos Wine Merchant — both fantastic — highly recommend! So yes, don’t hesitate to book this place — you will be glad you did ….

The property is beautiful and looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Everything is a 10-15 min ride. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. My only recommendation if you book here and like to sleep in, bring an eye mask. The house has so much wonderful natural light, it can be a little bright in the morning.

We had a wonderful time at Scott’s air bnb! It was exactly what we needed to visit our Alma mater and spend some time downtown enjoying the great restaurants.

We felt so fortunate to find this truly spectacular home for a 60th birthday celebration, the pictures didn't do it justice because the garden and property is just magical and exceeded all our expectations! We celebrated together with our daughters in the comfy beds and beautiful kitchen and living space. Cathy couldn't be a nicer host and opened up their gorgeous home for us to share, we can't wait to go back!

The backyard was gorgeous with blooming flowers and nice seating. We really enjoyed the landscaping around the house. The Beds were comfortable and had we had everything we needed linens and towels. Communication was great and easy. This is easy to get back and forth from UCSB and all the area around the school. Also great if you are golfing in Goleta.

Highly recommend this place! Great stay!

A real gem. Aside from the stuff you can check off on an AirBNB form (clean, stylish, etc), this is a house that obviously was or is lived in, not just a property someone bought to rent out and filled with the shortest possible Target shopping list they could get away with. The kitchen is comprehensively set up with quality appliances and tools, and the bedrooms had actual bedside lamps that you could read by *and* turn off without getting out of bed.

We had the absolute best weekend at Aidan's beautiful home. As Westmont College alumni's it was so magical and fun to be able to be back in the city where we first became young adults. The only complaint is the weekend flew by so quickly! Haha Thank you so much Aidan for your gracious hospitality, 10 out of 10!!

Great spot & gracious hosts. I personally have always loved the Mesa neighborhood so was super happy with location within walking distance to both park/ocean as well as the main shopping center up there. Quiet & well-appointed studio with sweet private patio, great kitchen & bathroom. Nice decorative touches & immaculately clean.
