This tract home neighborhood is a half block to hiking trails on an ocean bluff preserve. Monarch butterflies winter here while herons, egrets, and hawks, share ocean and mountain views with you. Beyond the waves dolphins and migrating grey whales surface with a Channel Islands backdrop. Sandpiper golf course, Bacara Resort, and UCSB are close by. It's about a 15 min. drive to SB.
