violeta est une hôte très sympathique et au service de ses clients, l'appartement est propre et idéalement situé pour les familles, loin des endroits bondé de monde et au calme, la mer est à 150m, vous pouvez sortir du logement en maillot de bain et marché 3min pour arriver dans l'eau. nous avons passé un excellent sejour chez Violeta.

My husband and I spent two wonderful days here. The accommodation is in a very convenient location — close to the bus station and not far from the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s worth noting that to get to the beach, you need to cross a railway line. There is a pedestrian bridge available, although it doesn’t appear on the map, which might make it seem further than it really is — in reality, it’s very close and easy to reach. There are also plenty of fish shops and restaurants nearby, which adds to the convenience and charm of the area. The house itself fully matched the description: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. We were very happy with our time here. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and wish them all the best!

Ottimo alloggio, situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Nei dintorni si trovano i servizi di base, piccoli supermarket inclusi. La casa è esteticamente ben arredata, con letti comodi e zanzariere alle finestre (particolarmente apprezzate, considerato che la zona è abbastanza infestata dalle zanzare). Il luogo inoltre dista pochi chilometri in auto da Durazzo. Con Ina ed Elio la comunicazione è stata ottima. Mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e si sono mostrati sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza. Lo consiglio!

We were happy to spend time at this villa, which felt like at home. Area is very secure and quiet. Beach is 2 mins walk with some good places to eat. Kitchen was full of all possible amenities, including some free snacks and coffee. Internet service was great. Communication with host was very smooth and friendly. We would highly recommend this place for a family to enjoy Albania!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lejla's Unterkunft. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und half sofort bei Problemen. Ihr selbstgemachtes Essen schmeckte sehr, sehr lecker. Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist für deutsche Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich. Die Menschen haben uns jederzeit geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A very good value for the money. The place is like in the pictures. Its not deluxe but it's clean. You have a bit of a terrace for you own use. It is very close to the south part of Durres beach with access to restaurants, shops and bus station. Its easy to reach by car and also you can keep car inside the courtyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night. I recommend it for people with children or solo travelers. Ergent and his family are very responsive.

Xhesika is a sociable and helpful person, I liked staying in her house, with a garden that is growing new plants and this made staying in her independent accommodation more interesting. You can park your car sheltered inside without having any worries. If you don't have a car there are all services nearby.

Heerlijke woning op loopafstand van het strand en de boulevard. Groot terras waar je heerlijk van de zon kan genieten of de schaduw op kan zoeken. Het contact met Silvana en haar broer was top. Snelle reacties en erg lieve mensen.

Fint sted for de som vil på en familietur med barn, men også for en vennegjeng på party tur. Rolig område med fine strender i nærheten. Deilig pool der man kan avkjøle seg på varme dager. Perfekt med egen bar der man kan bestille eget ølfat. Vi var 6 stykker på tur og alle var fornøyde og kunne reist hit igjen

Super netter Kontakt, auch schon vor dem Urlaub, mit guter Erklärung und Tipps. Auch vor Ort ein "Rundgang" mit den wichtigsten Empfehlungen und Erreichbarkeit jederzeit. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben. Ich kann Elda nur loben und weiterempfehlen. Sie ist überaus freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass alles schön und perfekt ist. Todo perfecto. A pocos pasos están todos los restaurantes y la playa pública. Las Privadas también y para movernos por el país fue perfecto. Durres nos gustó bastante más que Tirana.

Kim et son père Ilir sont vraiment très disponible et reactifs à la moindre demande, un gardien à proximité arrive très rapidement lorsque l'on a une demande. je recommande vivement cet endroit.

We had a lovely stay at Elida’s apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a great location with the beach very close. The accommodation was lovely and modern and had amazing outside space. The sun sets from the terrace were really beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thank you Elida for everything.

Wir hatten wirklich einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist tagsüber bis spät Nachmittag auf der Sonnenseite. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Wir hatten schon mit Bauarbeiten außerhalb der Saison gerechnet, deswegen war uns der Lärm klar. Der stand war zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das einzige was ich „bemängeln“ würde, ist der Standort, der uns genannt wurde um zur Unterkunft am schnellsten zu gelangen. Da hätte ich eher das Hotel genannt, das auch wirklich neben der Unterkunft ist. Wenn man mit schweren Koffern dahin läuft ist es ein ganzes Stück

An awesome host and apartment! The host was very responsive and helpful in recommendations and setting up taxis! They were there for everything and anything we needed. Could not recommend more!

Нам дуже приємно було перебувати в апартаментах Лаури. Квартира дуже зручна, є все, що потрібно для життя, і навіть більше. Було дуже чисто, приємна чиста білизна, дуже зручна кухня, дуже багато якісного посуду. Навіть деякі продукти були, це було приємно. Квартиру ми знайшли швидко і легко туди потрапили. Лаура нам дала чіткі підказки як це зробити. Дуже дякуємо Лаурі за гостинність, за довіру та поступки, на які вона ради нас пішла. Рекомендуємо з радістю ці апартаменти.

Accomodation was really nice and parking was on property was also good. Host was proactive and communicative. We got also a good recommendations and was helpful. Everything is was in walk distance. Washing machine needs little cleaning.

The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos! It had everything clearly explained, was spotlessly clean, and located right by the sea. A truly relaxing stay — I highly recommend it!

I had a lovely stay here in Durrës. The location of being right on the beach was perfect for me. The downside was the construction noise in the building, but it seems to be quite common in the off-season as the city is growing and continuously improving. Any issues I had in the apartment were dealt with in a timely manner. Overall, I had great stay in Durrës!

Arsen is a great host. Top notch apartment with all you need. The balcony is perfect for spending all day. Sunchairs and furniture makes it a great place to be in the sun as well as eating and relaxing. Water dispenser, a lot of blankets, towels etc. It’s highly recommended if you need a stress free vacation. Can not thank Arsen enough for a great stay.

We were very, very pleased with our stay at Enanda's place. It was beautifully appointed. It looks just like the photos. Some things photos can't capture are the quality of the bedding and the bed itself. Both were extremely comfortable, which I don't always find in AirBnb spaces. The towels were also of a high quality. The kitchen had everything we needed. The space was, indeed, squeaky clean. The view was outstanding. One thing to note that in Durres parking can be a little challenging, but there was a gentlemen downstairs that allowed us to park our car for 20 euro total for the duration of our stay - three nights. Our car was safe and he was very accommodating. There is a market just downstairs from Ananda's place and more restaurants than we knew what to do with! The beach is steps away and the water was wonderful. If you are looking for a vacation spot that is peaceful by day and active by night, this is an excellent option. And Enada's place seemed like one of the best!

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

Absolutely fantastic apartment with stunning views over the sea! Beautiful interior very comfortable beds, good showers and well equipped throughout. Excellent hosts, highly communicative and responsive and very helpful. We’d never been to Albania before but would definitely come back and hope to stay here again! I would throughly recommend the apartment, hosts and location and urge anyone visiting the area to stay it out as we had a fantastic stay!
