Quiet, comfy, and spacious! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Home style restaurants here in town. Just 10 minutes from Topock 66 launch ramp and only 15 minutes away from Pirate’s Cove. A gorgeous 30 minute drive leads you into Lake Havasu where you can enjoy fine dining and local pubs. There are also tons of off-road trails starting right outside the home that lead to Havasu and Kingman! Games, fire pit, trampoline, large patio table, and big yard!

This beautiful studio for 2 is easy on the eyes & perfect for a get-away any time of the year! Come stay for a weekend or awhile. We still frequent our little town to visit friends & family. Cheerful 2 bedroom home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful river home! Two bedroom with two full baths. This is my personal river home, this isn’t your normal Topock Rental. The furniture and bedroom set take comfort to the next level. Outside shower to rinse off after a day on the water. Local favorites Silver Dollar Bar & Grill, and Blondies Route 66 right around the corner. Topock 66 restaurant and Launch ramp/pool less then 10 min away.
