For 1 or 2 nights or more, the cleaning fee is 30,000 KRW. For 3 nights or more, the cleaning fee is 50,000 KRW. Additional charges will be incurred during the peak season. There is no discount during the holidays, so there is an additional charge. A month-long stay is an additional management fee from 3 weeks or more and is more expensive in winter. A wonderful place with convenient transportation

It is a 20-minute walk from Gwangju Terminal and an 8-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it convenient to use wherever you are traveling in Gwangju and Jeollanam. We recommend using it with 2 people by default, and if you add more people, up to 3 people will be provided with additional bedding. This home comes with a 65-inch TV and Netflix. There is no kitchen, but it is suitable for a break while eating delivery food and simple instant food with a microwave. Admission other than the prescribed number of people, use as a party room is not possible, and please be careful about making noise after 11pm.
