A LITTLE ESİNTİ

Our place is designed in a boutique hotel style. Every member of our family has plenty of effort. At the end of my long-lasting retired pendem, a happy work turned out to be happy. We have 3 rooms in our building that are entered independently of the stair tower. Each room has its own bathroom toilet and balcony and a mini suite kitchen inside 2 rooms. Ground Floor from Rooms, 1 . Kat and Attic 2nd Floor We also have a room in Bodrum but we didn't write it on the list Our pool and full-fledged KITCHEN &dining area by the pool is available

Hard to fault this beautify location and home in the hills over looking fethiye. Over the 8 nights stay our only complaint was a loitering sewage smell from kitchen sink on the last few windy nights. Otherwise it was outstanding. Thank you. Could do with a welcome pack with tea, sugar and washing powder and we soon ran out of toilet roll but the store is just down the hill. We would have cleaned more if there was any cleaning products. Small suggestion would be more hangers in the wardrobes to utilise all the extra hanging spaces you have. Looking forward to returning again when there is more ambient lighting and some colour on the walls as it’s still too plain and new and gave off hospital vibes. We thought the pillows were too thick and we found them uncomfortable so suggest 2 thinner pillows would be better. We can’t wait to return

An absolutely stunning villa in a great location. The villa was everything we wanted and more! The location is perfect for not being in a big tourist hotspot but only a short taxi ride away to everything you need, plenty of places to eat, get food delivered and do basic shops within walking distance and a short taxi to the main surrounding towns. Baris could not do any more to be a more attentive host, always a phone call/text away, no problem too big or small and amazing recommendations of places to visit and contact numbers for the local taxi which made everything effortless. He was available from our day of booking many months before with responses to all of our questions in advance of arrival and was absolutely amazing. All the local amenities can be contacted via text making a very stress free holiday and a truly amazing week away!

Since it was very close to the center of the location, I preferred it. Mr. Kamil was very helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. Cevat & Songul were the ultimate hosts, always available using modern communications for helpful advice, introduced us to local people and showed us some of the local sights. We could not fault their attention to little things, the property is amazing and the area is stunning. Located almost midway between Fethiye & Dalyan and sitting just off the D400 Inlice is a brilliant base to operate from, Gocek is 6 minutes away by car and if you want take away the local restaurant will happily oblige. There is a family shop 5 minutes walk away selling all sorts of provisions from bread to alcohol. The pool is serviced everyday and the BBQ area is very well appointed with excellent atmospheric lighting covering all the grounds, highly recommend.

The villa is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated with privacy and comfort. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views.. the villa offers panoramic vista of lush greenery and the Mediterranean Sea. Waking up to the sunrise and watching sunset was absolutely magical ! One of the many highlights is the infinity pool .. the temperature perfect and surrounded by blissful nature ! We used the modern. Kitchen . Equipped with all modern appliances. And lovely to cook in. ! The terrace was FABULOUS! We ate outside and played games. .. enjoying the ping pong. Table and other fun games .. the beds. Were DIVINE .. with perfect temperatures in the bedroom. With fresh air Or AC . The bathrooms. ? Indescribable ! Amazing! Huge marble vaulted bathrooms with rain showers equipped. To make you feel like a princess ( or prince. ) We were a family of 9. Traveling together with our 89 year mom. And this villa was truly beyond ALL of our expectations!
