A beautiful piece of history preserved - comfortable and quiet as there are no permanent residents in the village - just the families who own and visit their properties to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the mountains. The Xisto stone is unique to the area and some villages date back 900 years. Our chalé had been beautifully restored and the modern interior has every comfort you will need.

A casa Sim Sim, está situada numa linda e tranquila aldeia, o Soito! Com dois quartos, com cozinha equipada, sala de estar com lareira e uma casa de banho, ideal para 4 pessoas, mas com capacidade para 6. A luz clara e límpida é a principal hóspede. Casa de Xisto (exterior) e madeira (interior). A casa está no topo da aldeia, entre a casa do “Povo” e a poucos passos da piscina da aldeia que tem uma vista de “cortar a respiração”, a 3 minutos da fonte Velha, onde pode saciar a sua sede.

O estúdio tem WC privada e uma kitchenette com lavatório e frigorífico e todos os utensílios para fazer uma refeição com o conforto necessário. Tem ainda um terraço ao nível superior e um jardim com um pátio, para relaxar ou fazer uma refeição em plena natureza e num ambiente de perfeita tranquilidade ao som da água que corre junto à casa até ao moinho em frente e para o rio Ceira a 100m de distância.

It is an ideal place for solo adventures, couples and families (with kids). My place is close to the village of Pampilhosa da Serra at 6.8 Km , with fluvial beach blue flag. Easy access.
