This is our 3rd stay in this complex. We love this location: close to restaurants, neighborhood market, walks in Sabana Park. The building is newer and well maintained with security, a front desk, pool, laundry facilities in the building, public areas for lounging, a lobby bar with a dinner menu, elevators. Be sure to check out the roof top for 360 views. There is onsite parking as but we did not utilize parking. We walked or used Uber. This space is as the photos show. Efficient and well equipped, clean with wonderful views of the mountains. There is TV in the bedroom and AC for this unit. Management from start to finish was always very quick to answer questions. We would stay here again.

Excelente alojamiento. Un espacio acogedor y cálido además de buenas vistas. Las atracciones del edificio son un plus. Jorge es un excelente anfitrión y muy atento.

We stayed at Miguel's listing recently and were very happy! The unit itself is gorgeous with everything meeting our needs, and the host was very responsive, helpful and made the check-in and check-out process very straightforward with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again!

This is my second time staying here because of the location, the fun and exceptional building and stellar host. The space is very comfortable and well thought out. Definitely a winner !

Nos encantó este lugar. Sumamente espacioso y cómodo. Los cuartos son bastante amplios. Muy limpio y moderno, los espacios muy cuidados con detalles desde las tortillas, hasta los juegos de mesa. Hicimos pizzas a la parrilla y el Airbnb tuvo todo lo que necesitábamos. El deck es super lindo y pasamos una tarde hermosa con una vista espectacular. El lugar es muy privado y tranquilo.

The home is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is safe and the amenities are nice as well. Restaurants and a Grocery store is close by. The host was great by responding to questions quickly and offering suggestions of things to do. I would definitely recommend.

El mejor lugar que hemos visitado en SJ! El lugar estaba nítido cuando llegamos. El check in fue sencillo. Parqueo bajo techo es ideal en estas épocas :de lluvia. El lugar está equipado a la perfección. Tener 1 y 1/2 baños es súper conveniente. Definitivamente se convertirá en nuestro #1 en el Este de SJ.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

The Red House in Coronado was everything I was expecting; from a great host, the city, surrounding areas, to the house! Our stay was wonderful and time went by too fast!!! Beautiful place and great price. Would highly recommend if staying in San Jose area. Host is super responsive and helpful. Checkin and out directions are super clear and a private parking space is available.
