Flat is great and comfy!! I spent 60 days in this flat and it was simply an amazing experience. The place is super well located, on the side of nature and glued to the mall – perfect for those who want tranquility without giving up the convenience. I was working on a work in the mall (I am Architect) and the logistics could not have been better. The flat is well equipped, comfortable and has a super pleasant climate. But the highlight goes to the host: attentive, helpful and always ready to help. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, you can book without fear! It's super safe place!!!

I really liked the apartment and the surroundings. Areiao park, Pilao bar and Bar 1008 are 200 meters away. Not to mention that the building has a garage with a valet, a market, a swimming pool, a beauty salon, a manicurist and breakfast for those who want to buy.
